She talks about the 13 day mourning period that we give ourselves and how we should realise that grieving goes on even after that. She also talks about complex grief and the different stages of grief - that is denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Nyana breaks down these different stages and also explains why crying is important and beneficial to us. All this and a lot more.
