Ep. 460: Wellness feat. Sarah Jane Dias

On this first episode with wellness warrior Sarah Jane Dias, Ashdin and Sarah talk about something that a lot of us struggle with in our lives - wellness.

They talk about what 'wellness' really means, how Sarah got into her own journey of wellness, and the many ways in which it has benefitted her. She talks about what the experience of shifting to Mumbai was like, trying to find her own way, getting sad and confused about life, unhealthy attractions to the opposite sex, being in Miss India and becoming a aVJ, and how a lot of that made her realise that she wasn't happy - she was infact miserable. She further talks about how she overcame that, finally deciding to go to a psychologist and how that helped, how she is a big believer of talk therapy, realising that trying to be someone else was not the way to go, and how today's teenagers might be a little more blessed because they are more encouraged to grow up being who they are, as themselves, and not having to change or pretend to be someone else.
