She also explains how all our stress today is emotional, and the three factors that affect stress - namely, lack of information, uncertainty and lack of control. Ashdin and Nyana also talk about how we think that stress is in our minds, when in fact, it is in our bodies, why self-care requires self-awareness, why we should not run away from our emotions, and how self-care can be extremely beneficial to us all, especially in times like these.
