Nyana helps break it down - she talks about why a lot of people don't like to talk about this topic eventhough it's an essential life skill that we should learn. She talks about the 13 day mourning period that we give ourselves and how we should realise that grieving goes on even after that. She also talks about complex grief and the different stages of grief - that is denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
