GREG ANDERSON | Police Officer Calls into Question Enforcement of Unconstitutional Orders

There is no doubt that many of us have begun to call into question the enforcement of unconstitutional orders and Covid-19 restrictions, including my guest today, Police Officer with the Port of Seattle, Greg Anderson. Greg is currently on administrative leave pending an investigation which will likely lead to his termination for insubordination after posting a video on his personal Instagram page expressing his concerns with police officers enforcing unlawful and unconstitutional orders. It's obviously a very touchy subject and situation but a conversation that needs to be had. Today, we talk about how we must unite as a country, the use of discretion by police officers, living in fear, the government's power/control grab, and drawing a line in the sand, and standing by your convictions. SHOW HIGHLIGHTS It's not about COVID-19 Violating social media policy Keeping it above the fray Operating in tribes Doing the right thing Inspiring officers Fighting for freedom The violent side of humanity Losing your mind Mitigating risk Living in fear Focus on the mission Reckless behavior Not picking sides Opening the floodgates Holding true to principles GREG ANDERSON My guest today is Greg Anderson and, although you may not know his name, it's likely that you've seen his video in which he talked about his concerns, as a police officer for the Port of Seattle, of enforcing illegal and unconstitutional orders in the wake of Covid-19. In addition to serving his community as a law enforcement officer, he is an Army Ranger veteran serving multiple combat tours including one to Ramadi, Iraq in the most hostile and dangerous environments one can imagine. Greg is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blackbelt and the owner of Electric North Jiu-Jitsu and has recently become an outspoken advocate for individual rights, liberty, and freedom. I think our conversation is likely to fire a lot of you up which is exactly what is needed in times like these. IRON COUNCIL Men, I'm going to hit the pause button on my conversation with Greg because I want to talk with you about our exclusive brotherhood, the Iron Council. I've received several messages from Iron Council members over the past several months that have told me that the Iron Council has literally saved their life. And, although I won't get into the specifics, it's inspiring to me to know that the work we're doing inside the brotherhood is getting men on the right track and back on the path to thriving and succeeding. There are a lot of ways we facilitate this but for the sake of time, I'll tell you that the two biggest factors that go into what we do inside the Iron Council is the framework and the network – the framework point you in the right direction and make the right moves and the network to keep you on track and give you the occasional kick in the ass when you need it. How to Size People Up and Predict Their Behavior | ROBIN DREEKE

The ability to accurately size someone up could spell the difference between life and death, whether you or the other guy gets the promotion, if that prospect purchases from you, or if she decides to date/marry you. And, I can think of no better person to talk with us about predicting human behavior than Robin Dreeke, who spent more than two decades as a behavior analyst for the FBI. Today, we talk about being wary of trusting your gut, the difference between your gut and intuition, why if you're betrayed by others you may have actually betrayed yourself, manipulation, judgment, how to predict human behavior, and why it matters. SHOW HIGHLIGHTS Packaging human physiology Developing relationships Projecting blame Emotional hijacking It's all about judging You can't please everybody Positive manipulation Situational awareness Building muscle memory When to trust your gut Non-verbal body language Detecting deception Strategizing relationships Identifying non-tangibles motives Become a better leader ROBIN DREEKE My guest today is Robin Dreeke and he spent more than two decades as a behavior analyst for the FBI. He's dealt with extremely complex situations from handling Russian spies to navigating the internal politics on the Bureau. He's written three books, It's Not All About Me, The Code of Trust, and his latest, Sizing People Up where he shares a six-step system he developed to predict anyone's behavior based on their words, goals, action, and situation. This was such a fascinating discussion and one that if the lessons are applied, it will drastically improve every facet of your life. IRON COUNCIL Gentlemen, let me pause the conversation very quickly to talk with you about our exclusive brotherhood, the Iron Council. Membership in the Iron Council is up 15% over the past 2-3 weeks because men are beginning to see the value of banding with other strong, successful, like-minded men. And, that is exactly what you're going to get when you band with us inside the Iron Council. First, we're going to help you identify your track to run on – not ours, but yours. And, once you have identified that track, we're going to give you the framework, tools, and accountability to ensure that you stay the course until completion. If you know there is more inside of you but don't quite know how to unlock it, band with us, and we'll show you exactly how to do it. The Power of Uncomfortable Truths | SEAN WHALEN

The truth is often uncomfortable. And, frankly, most of us aren't willing to take a deep, hard look into what we know to be true. We do this because we're afraid. Afraid of what we might see. Afraid of what it may expose in ourselves. Afraid of what the truth may require us to do moving forward. My guest today is a friend and long-term mentor of mine. His name is Sean Whalen and one thing he's been consistent about his desire to seek and share the truth. And, he's revealed, for better and worse, some truths about myself that I was unwilling to acknowledge for a very long time. Today we talk about why some people despise the success of others, acknowledging what kind of men you need to become to achieve what you want, why most people are blissfully dissatisfied, and the power of embracing uncomfortable truths. SHOW HIGHLIGHTS Producing results Tearing others down Identifying with pain Building a physique Addictive patterns Breaking social contracts Validating mediocrity Change your circle Habits & rituals Implanting your vision Loving yourself Becoming a machine SEAN WHALEN My guest today is my good friend and long-term mentor, Sean Whalen. He has been instrumental in helping me build Order of Man into what it is but more importantly, me into who I am. I don't always agree with or, to a degree, get along with him but I believe that is the power of a coach and mentor – someone who you can respect but challenges you to look at life in a way that is difficult and uncomfortable. And Sean certainly makes people feel uncomfortable. He says out loud what most people believe to be things you don't say at all and, in the process, his videos and messages have been viewed hundreds of millions of times. Obviously, he's a very polarizing man but he forces you to look at situations and events in new ways and has personally helped me achieve some incredible results in my life. IRON COUNCIL Gents, let me pause the conversation very quickly. I've seen a tremendous uptick in new members in the Iron Council and I can only imagine the reason is that in times of uncertainty, men look to bring stability and order to the chaos. And, that's exactly what we're doing inside the Iron Council – giving you the tools and framework to predictably and efficiently produce results in your life. If you're trying to start a business, rekindle a romantic relationship, connect with your kids, lose that spare tire, build wealth, become more influential, or any other goal that you may be working on, the Iron Council, has what you need to make it a reality. When you join us, you'll get the tools and framework you need to do what you've simply been daydreaming about for a very long time. If you're ready to get to work, join us. We're not going to do it for you but we do have a track for you to run on and the accountability that comes from a brotherhood of loyal, committed, successful men. Being Reasonable in an Age of Unreason | DAVE RUBIN

Reason seems to be in increasingly short supply, which is unfortunate considering some of the messes we've found ourselves in will only be solved through reasonable thought, ideas, and people. Also unfortunate is that those who are the loudest seem to be the most unreasonable and only wish to perpetuate the problems we have in modern society and culture. Today, I am joined by the one and only, Dave Rubin, New York Times Bestselling author of, Don't Burn This Book: Thinking for Yourself in an Age of Unreason. What I like most about Dave and this conversation is that he's willing to talk about the things you're not "supposed" to talk about including the myth of the gender gap, why "hate speech" should be protected speech, why not everyone is a Nazi as perpetuated by what he calls, the "lefties," and ultimately how to be reasonable in a world that seems to be anything but. SHOW HIGHLIGHTS Moving towards equality Governmental control Consolidating power Empirical truths The human spirit Valuing individuality Protecting free speech Classic Liberalism Thinking for yourself The best path forward American privilege Be the vocal majority DAVE RUBIN As I said before, my guest today is Dave Rubin and I'm sure many of you are already familiar with him and have some preconceived notions about who he is and what he stands for. I've been following him for some time now and am fascinated with his journey from left-leaning progressive to a free-thinking classical liberal. He is the host of the Rubin Report and spent almost two years touring and opening for his friend and mentor, Jordan Peterson. His background is in standup comedy but he has become extremely well-known for his podcast where he's interviewed Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, Ben Shapiro, Larry King, Dan Crenshaw, Adam Carolla, and so many more. Today, he's here to talk with us about thinking freely and openly about some of our culture's most polarizing subjects. IRON COUNCIL Gentlemen, let me hit the pause button on the conversation and introduce you to the Iron Council. I am amazed by the growth we've been experiencing over the past several weeks and I believe it's because men are beginning to see the value in banding with other men who have their back and want them to succeed. If you were to strip away everything from the Iron Council, that's what it's all about – a band of brothers who will support, encourage, and hold you accountable. And, if you're like most men, that isn't something that you have in your life. And, even if you do, the conversations stay on the surface and never get to the heart of what really matters and all that you're trying to accomplish as a family man, business owner, and leader in your community. If you're ready to forge a powerful bond with like-minded men and chart the path that will lead you to where you want to go, I invite you to join the Iron Council at www.orderofman.com/ironcouncil.
