My guest today is Robin Dreeke and he spent more than two decades as a behavior analyst for the FBI. He's dealt with extremely complex situations from handling Russian spies to navigating the internal politics on the Bureau.

He's written three books, It's Not All About Me, The Code of Trust, and his latest, Sizing People Up where he shares a six-step system he developed to predict anyone's behavior based on their words, goals, action, and situation.
