International Women's Day 2022 Special with Zara Gregory
This week’s episode is a special interview for International Women’s Day with Zara Gregory, Global Business Director at Anomaly London and member of Bloom, a professional network for women in communications. In the discussion, James and Zara talk about 'The Great Return', a practical guide on the return from maternity leave, launched by Bloom in 2021. A recent survey led by Rachel Stern for Bloom UK saw nearly half of first-time industry mums surveyed agree their maternity leave return was ‘more negative than I was expecting’. Crucially, those with negative return experiences were 63% more likely to leave their company within 6 months.
