Uncover The Sun In You — Anywhere & Anytime

— "I don't have to do everything perfectly when there's something I know needs to be done and can help people. Sometimes we're so afraid we can't be perfect, we get defeated. I was also scared to put mystical Jamie out there in writing because I'd only shown that side to those closest to me, but when I just bit the bullet, it was so empowering and I'm hoping others will feel empowered to show who they really are remembering they don't have to be perfect. This action will move them to their North Star. Also, they don't have to quit their jobs to find themselves and spend months in a cave meditating — They can start in a little morning ritual, unique to them that they create, and create a synergy to lift their energy. Most importantly, they need to stay here, do the work, and move through it so they don't need to come back and do it again." Valeria Teles interviews Jamie Weil — the author of "Shine: When Chasing Sacred Spaces Goes Dark." As an English major at UCLA, Jamie fell in love with story to understand the human condition.
