"Can I buy a CMO building as my first Commercial Property Investment?" is an often asked and fair question. When getting started it can be difficult to work out what size and type of commercial building to buy.  It depends on the individual and their circumstances and lets not forget CMO buildings come in all shapes and sizes. Some can contain as little as two or three units. In this episode Jerry reaffirms what a CMO building is and the different forms it can take. He then asks how passive or active an investor you wish to be and explains a couple of different elements you might require when getting started in this great cash-flowing strategy.
