Securing an investment is only part of the equation. In this short episode I talk about some of the strategic steps that you will need to take post purchase to ensure success. Commercial property isn't that complicated, it is just a series of manoeuvres. Just make sure you don't leave any out. 

1. Get the property under management
2. Plan and execute any redevelopment work
3. Find tenants
4. Set the Rent
5. Keep good records on market data, sales leads and accounts. 
6. Plan for the future
7. Review & update contracts regularly
8. Refinance or sell the property
