#379 - For 12 Years She Slowly Gained Weight and Felt Stuck. 10 Months Later She’s 14kg Lighter and Deadlifting 110kg with Rochelle Hubbard

For 12 years Rochelle slowly gained weight and felt completely stuck. She knew she wasn’t feeling her best, but there was a deeper problem beneath the surface.In her twenties she had struggled with anorexia and bulimia.
