Lisa then bravely shares her story of struggling with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder for most of her life. She shares the symptoms, what to look out for, and why getting a diagnosis can be difficult. As a passionate advocate for spreading PMDD awareness Lisa discusses difficult topics like suicide ideation and low self worth. Lastly Lisa gives her tools and tips that have helped her overcome her chronic illness and gives hope that many others can too. Hearts be still, meet Meredith Quill! In this week’s episode, we talk with Meredith Quill about her new jewelry brand, Becket + Quill. Meredith’s been designing jewelry since she was a teenager and launched her growing  brand with Alli Webb just under a year ago.
