Kirk Ripplinger lost 100+ pounds with intermittent fasting and carb restriction, but after 1 year of maintenance found himself regaining back some of the weight, which was very disheartening. Kirk didn't want to succumb to weigh regain after he worked so hard to become meatbolically healthy and able to maintain his weight loss for so long.
