Wow, I want to start by saying I am so thankful for all of you, my listeners! I love doing the podcast, releasing new weekly episodes every week, and knowing I have the opportunity to share nutritional advice and wisdom with you. I say all this because nothing has changed; however, I have decided that I need to take a break from the time consuming work podcasting can be. From scheduling guests to preparing questions for interviews to recording and editing the interviews, there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to create an effective podcast episode, and sometimes the work stretches me thin! The guests I have been able to interview are beyond my wildest dreams, and hearing your success stories makes me so excited to continue the work I have been doing so passionately.
