Episode 166: Loyalty In Your Veterinary Practice With Brian MaCrae
Would you love to be able to turn first-time clients into lifetime clients? Loyalty in your veterinary practice is one of the most important things you should focus on in your practice. In today's episode, I am talking with Brian MaCrae from Rethink Veterinary Solutions about the importance of loyalty in our veterinary practice and how you can use a membership program to protect and stop your veterinary practice from losing money from discounting. Memberships show there is an increased level of mental and emotional commitment to a business from customers. When implementing a loyalty program into your veterinary practice there are a few key components that will make your loyalty program work. - Your program model needs to be simple to understand. Clients should be able to make a buying decision within 30-60 seconds of information. Highlight benefits to your customer of how this will make their visits more enjoyable and valuable. -Implement Virtual Currency System. Instead of discounting offer clients rewards that are redeemable only at your practice. People want and like when they feel as though they are getting a great deal of value on something. Rewarding clients will entice them to keep coming back. -Easy low price point. Adding a loyalty or membership program helps add value to your practice by helping with your profitability. Memberships are monthly revenue and recession prevention tools. They also help tremendously with client retention, members of clubs and stores are more likely to visit their membership locations as they are rewarded for coming into their businesses. Rewards help to set your veterinary practice up to win If you would like to check out Rethink Veterinary Solutions you can visit their website here and book a live demo and also check out their webinar that explains exactly how their program works Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Episode 165: How To Maximize Your Content Creation
Do you struggle with content creation or your content marketing? Figuring out when and what to post can be difficult and time consuming but it doesn't have to be. In Todays Episode I talk about how you can maximize your content creation, create effective content, and how to repost your content for your digital marketing using a few tips and tricks. Content is very important to your marketing as it is the oxygen to your marketing as it can keep your marketing running for you. Content is also your communication line to your audience. Content also helps potential clients get to know your practice beforehand helping them trust you. Build your audience list with the people who engage with your content, invest in your content and it will give you an audience back. When creating effective content you want to first find what is your favorite method of content and produce that whether its writing blog post, posting pictures of your Instagram, posting on your stories, or creating youtube videos. Another way to be effective with your content is to post consistently. You need to post consistently and with a schedule so your audience can know when and what to expect from you. Consistency is key, create content in quick forms (Instagram Post, Stories, Facebook and Instagram lives) to consistently have something going out. Another way to have your content going out constantly is to repost and repurpose your content from one social channel to the others. You can repost content from any of your channels you are using to the rest of them you don't always have to create exclusive content for each social platform. The social platforms I suggest using are youtube, Linkedin, Facebook, and Instagram as the minimum. Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Episode 164:How To Generate Clients In Your Practice With Offers
Getting new clients into your practice and converting into loyal clients is your ultimate goal in growing your veterinary practice. If you want to drive clients into your practice for specific treatments, limited time specials, or even products offers are what are going to drive them in. In today's episode, I give you some tips on how to generate new clients into your veterinary practice by using offers. I'll cover how to make your offer compelling to have higher conversion rates, why offers are important, and how to help improve your offers. Offers are promises you are making to your clients to provide value into their lives. In your offer, you should be showing your clients their before state and how your offer is going to help go to their after state. Tap into the emotions of why your potential clients need this offer in their lives to make things easier or better for them. Terms on offers should be both simple and easy to understand and be simply conveyed. Making terms too difficult and too hard to work around will drive clients away. Call to Actions should also be simple and easy for clients to accept the offer, no jumping through hoops. Choose an easy method to claim your offer. Make the call to action clear and visible in multiple places. Give your clients the who, what, when, where, why, and how of the offer. An important thing to add to your offers landing pages are reviews from your actual clients right in front of their eyes. Reviews help bring logic into an emotional decision by helping justify our decisions. Show potential clients that you are trusted by many and good at what you do. Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!

Episode 163: The 3 Biggest Problems Veterinary Digital Marketers Face.
In Todays Podcast episode I share with you what are the 3 most common problems I see veterinary digital marketers face and how to overcome them. I'll cover how to measure ROI, how to measure the effectiveness of your marketing, and how to overcome difficulties with content creation. Many veterinary practice marketers will tell me these 3 things very commonly and ask what and how they can fix in their marketing. The Most common things veterinary digital marketers will tell me is: 1. ________ isn't working. This is a fill in the blanks kind of statement. many times I have been told "this isn't working" "Instagram doesn't work" or even " this strategy doesn't work" when in reality these methods do work they just need some fine tuning to work properly for each practice. Really think and take a look at you offer or ad, is it clear what you are offering, what is the objective of your marketing, and what is the main goal? 2. I have no time to create content. This another one I hear a lot! Providing content is not only beneficial for your practice but also for clients and customers. content builds communication with your clients where they get the opportunity to get to know, like, and trust you. An amazing idea to use for content is to turn your frequently asked questions or commonly asked about topics into pieces of content that you can use and refer too to help educate your clients. 3. How can I tell what is actually working? Now, this is a valuable question to ask because you don't want to be wasting both time and money on marketing that isn't working. The best way to be able to tell if your marketing is working is to track, measure and monitor your conversions. Again also ask what is the purpose of your marketing, does your ad stand out and draw attention, and is your call to action clear? Be sure to listen and let me know if you have any questions, comments or need help with anything!
