Jimmy did the roundtables at Comic Con for The Walking Dead and chatted with showrunner Glenn Mazzarra, producer Gale Anne Hurd, producer/make up guru Greg Nicotero, creator Robert Kirkman and stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yuen, Lauren Cohan, Laurie Holden, David Morrissey and Danai Gurira. And you guessed it, he recorded the intro/outro of this episode while in L.A. and Live Prude Girls, Stevie Nelson and Milana Vayntrub (Jimmy hearts them muchly), joined him in the west coast studio. Jimmy was at Heroes Con last weekend and moderated a few panels. This particular one was with Steve Niles and Bernie Wrightson! They discussed their recent collaboration, Frankenstein Alive, Alive! This led to a lot of chatting about favorite Frankenstein movies and how old Bernie was when he saw his first one. The conversation organically flowed into lots of their other work including Swamp Thing, 30 Days of Night, and Criminal Macabre. Steve and Bernie were old neighbors and talk about their Scrabble nights where they would come up with story ideas. A great discussion with 2 amazing creators! Ian Flynn discusses The New Crusaders and how he got started working for Archie Comics. Chad Cicconi explains why and how he helped form Action Lab Entertainment.
