Ep 237 - How to run marathons with no training with Fin Hampton
Send us Fan MailWe're told to prepare for a marathon you need at least 16 weeks of training. But what if someone showed up at your door and made your run a marathon right now? Would you? You could... but would you? Really? In this episode, Jody and David speak to Fin Hampton who's making a name for himself by doing exactly that - challenging people to run a marathon with him when he rocks up at their front door. It's an interesting thought- how much training do we *actually* need? - and the chaps take it to a ridiculous level. WARNING - do not listen to ANY of their training advice from this episode. Not that you would normally. But ESPECIALLY don't in this episode. Enjoy If you enjoyed this episode please SUBSCRIBE to get every episode delivered to you before everyone else.
