I wanted to get him back on the show to describe what that was like and dive into the technique behind ultra-endurance running. We also dove deep into the mindset and how to improve your perspective in life. We talked about injury prevention and how he is using yoga to improve his mobility and alignment. Ketogenic Athlete And Keto Savage Primitive Podcast Collaboration!
In this episode, I had the honor of being joined by Danny Vega and Brian Williamson of The Ketogenic Athlete Podcast. The three of us spent this past week at my family farm down in south Arkansas. We figured we'd record a podcast in the middle of all the festivities. We talked about the importance of disconnecting from our day-to-day hustle. We discussed silence and solitude. We exposed our insecurities so that we could develop new skills. We all harvested animals while we were there so we talked about that experience and the importance of respecting where your food comes from. We all had a blast and I hope this podcast gives you a glimpse into what we experienced!
