The Biden campaign attorneys have called Trump's claims of voter fraud "theater." The U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, ignored United States President-elect Joe Biden's win on Tuesday. He told reporters at the State Department that there will be a smooth transition to a second Trump term. The United States President-elect has called Trump's failure to concede "an embarrassment." Four senior Pentagon officials have been fired or resigned within the past couple of days. The recent changes came after President Donald Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper, on Monday.  Sources tell CNN, there is growing uncertainty at the Pentagon about whether Trump will fire more top officials. The U.S. Supreme court signals the Affordable Care Act will survive its latest challenge. The justices' held oral arguments Tuesday. It appeared the court was poised to again reject a Republican-backed attempt to kill the program. A postal worker in Pennsylvania who claimed there was voter fraud has recanted the allegations. This is according to a statement from the Democratic House Oversight Committee. President Trump's task force is warning of a wide growing spread of Covid-19. However, Trump doesn't plan on canceling any of his rallies. He appeared in front of hundreds on Wednesday in Bullhead City, Arizona. Many supporters weren't wearing masks or social distancing.  The White House claims some of the President's accomplishments include "ending" the Coronavirus pandemic, despite an American dying every 90 seconds. The White House made the announcement on Wednesday in a press release highlighting the Trump's administration achievements over the past four years. Dr. Anthony Fauci says the United States will not be back to normal until the end of 2021. New audio of Jared Kushner, the President's senior advisor and son-in-law, reveals he bragged that Trump was "getting the country back from the doctors." He said this during a taped interview with Bob Woodward in April. More than 74 million voters have already cast their ballots, that's more than half of the total votes cast in 2016. Nearly half of those ballots are coming from voters affiliated with the Democratic Party. New polls show Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden is leading in key states. President Donald Trump is making his final sprints to get more votes while complaining about the media's coverage on Covid-19. He did so during his rally Tuesday night in Wisconsin, a state with record hospitalizations. Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers warned of an impending crisis saying in part, "There is no way to sugarcoat it...there is an imminent risk to you and your family." Former President Barack Obama criticized Trump on his handling of the pandemic. While campaigning for Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden in Florida, Obama slammed him for his response to Covid-19. He also faulted him for turning the White House into a "hot zone." Joe Biden struck a confident tone in Georgia on Tuesday. Georgia is a state that democrats have not won since 1992. He delivered a message of unity during his campagin rally: " I know we can heal and unite this nation." Trump is trying to connect with women voters. During his rally Tuesday, he told them he will get their husbands back to work. First Lady Melania Trump, is also trying to reach out to women.
