[include file=get-in-itunes.html] Once again we had another great Free For All Friday Show today with Kate and I. I shared at the very beginning that we are moving closer to a live show. It’s weird it’s almost like it’s pulling me to do it. It’s almost as if I don’t really have a say. Perhaps it’s because I want to offer better and better content for you guys and for you to have the ability to interact with each other and build a community around what we’re doing. Is it going to be more stressful? Well that depends. Stress only exists in our minds so at the core the answer is no, not if I don’t let it. Will the show be perfect? No. Some things we can’t account for. If a guest doesn’t show up to the show then we won’t have a show that day. One thing I want to mention is that we won’t be taking any live phone calls during the interview shows. We will only be taking live calls via Skype on our Free For All Friday Shows (which will soon be live each weekday on Friday’s at 9am Pacific time). On all live shows we’re going to be allowing our amazing community (you) to join us in our chat room where you can join the show a number of different ways. The main reason we’re not going to be able to take live calls (for now that is) during our interview shows is because we don’t have a 2nd phone line at the moment so we would be relying on Skype to take these calls. And as far as I know I can’t bring a call in (on Skype) put them on hold, have them listen to the show while they’re on hold and then bring them into the show when it seems appropriate. I’m pretty decent around a computer but that one I’ve yet to figure out. If any of you know of some third party solutions or plugins that we can use with Skype to accomplish this, please share them in the comments below! I’d love to keep expanding the show to provide better and better content for you guys! 🙂 We talked about this great restaurant we went to called Crow Burger and we were so thankful for our Digestive Bitters we have from Vitality Herbs and Clay. Those supplements saved us during that night of eating such heavy food. We also talked about our standing desk for a little while and the benefits of standing vs sitting, although I am sitting down right now as I write this. 🙂 Then we talked about a spiritual principle I learned from Brandon Adams from Creditors in Commerce where he talked about giving and shared some examples to the audience where people “beg” for money outside of grocery stores. Kate shared an experience we both had at our local health food store where we routinely see the same kind man sitting outside the store in a wheel chair asking people for spare change. As you read that story did you have pre-conceived thoughts and images flash into your mind about people who beg for money? If you did, you might want to listen to some things we had to say about giving to the less fortunate and needy. Atom Bergstrom never ceases to fascinate me. I have a feeling he might be other worldly. I just can’t figure out where he gets this kind of information. I don’t know if he downloads it during his meditation or if he somehow absorbs it from other realms or what. But he sure has a way of understanding ideas and information that I don’t think anybody else we’ve ever talked to has. I mean we’ve talked with a lot of people and I don’t know if you’ve listened to all of our shows, but can you think of anybody we have interviewed that is as unique as Atom? Today we were going to discuss color therapy and how color affects our biology, physiology, our cells and even our ability to heal. But we like to “go with the flow” and let the conversations naturally happen. If something comes up we like to just go with it. Our whole goal is to make it feel like you’re a fly on the wall of a conversation on the couch between two friends. 🙂 I’ve listened to too many shows where the shows are contrived, cheesy and very corny. When you have things that come up, it’s natural to see where the rabbit hole goes. We hope you are enjoying our interview style! We talked about the power of dreams and what they’re all about. Dreaming is the strangest thing and so is sleep when you think about it. Each night we shut our eyes and have no guarantee of waking up. Can you imagine what Adam and Eve thought the night before they went to sleep the first time? Did they think they were going to die I wonder? Strange thought eh? We also discussed our failing educational system and how real learning comes from one’s own internal passion and desire which gets suppressed when we rely on corporations and government to educate us. Atom has some fascinating thoughts about school and its role in our society. Turns out we think the same way he does! 🙂 Then we also discussed what numbers mean. Kate and I have been seeing double, triple and quadruple numbers on clocks and other items for about 6 months now. It’s wild. About at least 10 times a day or more each we will see these numbers. We discussed what they mean and what Atom had to say about all this. Then near the end we discussed parasites and the parasite cleanse we’re on and how they’re affecting the body. We discussed how we should not war with these parasites but rather assist them in leaving. It’s never good to be at war with these entities who live inside of us. 🙂 Then we also discussed the “growths” on Kate’s hands (she doesn’t like to even refer to them as warts so as to give them any kind of power). Today we had Dr. Sherri Tenpenny on the show to talk about vaccines in general. If you’re interested in listening to all of our shows on vaccinations feel free to click the link at the top of this page to search more info about vaccines. Think about all the supposed killer diseases we have vaccines for… flu shot, mumps, measles, mmr, yellow fever, typhoid, hepatitis, travel, polio, flu, tetanus, pneumonia, vermicelli, dpt, tdap, rubella, malaria, hep b, encephalitis and dozens of others. And to think that each one of these infectious disease that we need to be immunized for, has not just multiple rounds of injections but dozens of different toxic chemicals per injection. Here’s what I want to know, has the pharmaceutical industry tested every ingredient that are in vaccines at every level? Has the medical industry tested every compound with every other compound in every single combination….at every different level? Once they’ve done all that research (ideally that research should span at least 50 years) have they tested their vaccinations on all types of people? That would include, young, old, different races, men, women, sick, healthy and the list goes on. Once the vaccine industry has done double blind placebo controlled studies for 50 or more years on hundreds of thousands of people from all walks of life…..then I’ll consider getting injected with heavy metals directly into my blood stream. The operative word is “consider” and I can already tell you, the answer would be no because vaccines don’t create immunity, only a strong immune system can. And how does injecting chemicals into your blood and muscle tissue create powerful immunity? It can’t. So Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and I discussed her work and some recent findings about how “it’s possible” the vaccine industry (make no mistake…it is a for profit industry) might start weaving the need to be vaccinated in with your ability to drive a car or get a credit card. It’s been said that the only disease….is a closed mind. Just knowing about urine therapy is empowering. You don’t even have to practice uropathy but just knowing it can be a tremendous remedy for people if they want to avoid pharmaceutical drugs or other invasive therapies practiced by conventional medicine. 🙂 Today we had Dave Murphy author of The Human Body Owners Workshop Manual on the show to talk about urine therapy. Urine therapy has many names like urotherapy, urinotherapy, uropathy or auto-urine therapy. Essentially urine therapy involves the simple act of drinking one’s own pee, which has been called “man’s perfect medicine”. Dave Murphy stopped by the studio today on the way back to England to talk about his experience doing a 30 day urine therapy fast. That means he didn’t eat or drink anything other than his own urine for 30 full days. The healing effects he had as a result were astounding. I’m not wired like that unfortunately. I drink about a teaspoon of urine first thing in the morning upon waking up. I’ll take a little bit of my mid stream urine and then fill the rest of the cup up with water. That urine mixture is in a small shot glass. Then I take my mason jar full of water right after it to chase it down. I also take activated charcoal and this unique product as a way of detoxifying my body on a daily basis. Sometimes if you’re sick or if you really want to reboot the entire matrix of your human frame, doing a 30 day fast or even a 30 day urine fast might be something to ask your health care practitioner about. We’re not saying you should do what Dave did. We’re just sharing Dave’s story about how urine therapy helped him dramatically improved his health and even allowed his body to heal naturally. [include file=get-in-itunes.html] We jokingly began this Free For All Friday show talking about 1 armed drummers and 80’s hair bands. I don’t even remember how we got started talking about that. But these shows are so much fun to do and we hope you enjoy them. Some thoughts moving forward are we might push the show to an hour and a half on this particular show. We usually have so much to talk about with lots of different topics so that’s something we’re considering. Also we’d like to talk about some of the self experiments we’re toying with in our own health. For example Kate is considering doing a 7 day juice fast on only liquids. She’s considering drinking fresh vegetable juices, lemon water, reishi and chaga tea, green tea, coconut water, nut milks, kombucha and kefir. When you think about it, there are lots of liquids you from which to drink during a long juice fast. Last time she was at day 3 and drank some bone broth and it really messed her stomach and digestion up. I get the same issue actually with chicken bone broths. It’s very strange. But she’s considering doing that and being able to share this information on our Free For All Friday show. I’d like to do some enemas and talk about our experience with that. I also want to stock up again on products from Surthrival.com like the pine pollen, elk velvet antler and colostrum and then combine that with the One World Whey from Stephen Heuer and focus on building 15 lbs of muscle. Right now I’m 6 feet tall and weight about 170 and I’d like to get up to 185 with lean muscle. So not only do we want to talk about our own personal experiences with health principles we’d like it to be more interactive also so you could call in and talk with us about what’s working or not working for you. But in this particular show we talked about many different things… We talked about sleep issues and how to correct them naturally. I gave some ideas such as using the program Flux that naturally and progressively diminishes the blue light frequency coming out of your computer screens. I combine that with low blue light glasses in the evenings. The blue light is what prevents your body from making the hormone melatonin. And without this hormone your body won’t be tired enough to fall asleep. We also discusses some issues for eye support and whether or not rebounding is damaging for issues like glaucoma. We also gave some tips to visit the website of Dr. Jerry Tennant because he’s doing some amazing work with macular degeneration.
