The time off was great but it was even better to get back. Annie Jubb joined us today to talk about life food, liver cleansing, the 14 day life food nutritional fast, urine therapy and so much more. She promotes something called, “Life Food” which differs from raw food, living food, and other names. She stressed how important it is to make sure your liver is healthy as well as how important it is to flush the liver gall bladder stones out of your body. She knows a lot about how the cells work, the ph of the blood and detoxification. She has a restaurant in Los Angeles called Life Food Organic. For those that don’t know Dr. Apsley is the author of Fukushima Meltdown & Modern Radiation as well as The Genesis Effect, which if you enjoy this interview, you might want to check out. He talked for quite some time near the beginning about the radiation coming from Fukushima and how that low level radiation actually affects other toxins and chemicals inside our body and that in turn is what’s causing the cancers in people. It’s not necessarily the direct affect of the radiation but the indirect affect of radiation. Somehow there’s some kind of synergistic damage that occurs when the radiation interacts with these chemicals that already exist inside our bodies. Scary right? It’s quite alarming how much the radiation is affecting us and nobody really can feel it, smell it, or see any of the affects of this radiation. As the show progressed we started talking more about Part 1 of his 4 pillar approach to healing cancer naturally through a variety of means. He also discussed a 55 minute per day protocol that can help prevent cancer from being in your body to begin with. He shared some amazing pictures on the home page of his website of people that were 140 or more years old. Now I can’t verify that these people in the black and white photographs were in fact that age when the picture was taken or that they actually lived that long, but with that being said, I believe they were. I mentioned this on the show. It’s easy to by a cynic and a doubter but there’s much more possibility in being open to the potential of things being true. One of the big components of the first pillar of healing cancer naturally is his approach with drinking highly structured alkaline water with high zeta potential. For those that don’t know you can use a Vitalizer Plus to structure water or something like a Vitamix blender to spin and help the water molecules structure themselves much like a honeycomb. This helps minerals and nutrients be able to penetrate the water molecules. As a result water is able to enter our cells and hydrate us and nourish us at the cellular level and change the actual PH of the body. We talked about drinking high amounts of this alkaline structured water every single day in order to structure the water in our bodies. He also mentioned how powerful zeolite is to remove cancer causing toxins from the body and how things like Qigong or Tai chi help to actually structure the existing water in our bodies. Fascinating stuff indeed. I got really intrigued near the end when he talked about how information is stored inside the body in the water. He made the correlation between morality and the amount of structured water in the body and it blew my mind. This was one of the most fascinating shows we’ve done in a long long time. My favorite part was the end when he started talking about human potential and how structured water helps us to become the best versions of ourselves. Dr. Apsley knocked it out of the park with this one! This was such a fun show we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! I highly recommend you read this book! The last time she was on was on episode #62 where we talked about the dangers of hospital births. That show was fascinating and it talked about what’s really going on with hospital births and the satanic influences you probably never new existed. Here’s a small list of some lung conditions and see if you know of anybody in your life that has ever had these…bronchitis, emphysema, pulmonary fibrosis and interstitial lung disease. My mom who was the reason I got into natural and alternative health asked me the other day if there were some things I could recommend to help improve her oxygen levels in her lungs. She had lung cancer about 10 years ago and they removed 2 lobes of her lung and before that she was a smoker and had non hodgkin’s lymphoma back in 1995. When she would smoke in the 80’s she would cough a lot and all kinds of respiratory issues with her lungs. Now we don’t even need to smoke, we’re getting fine particulate matter just by breathing polluted air. So how do we fix our lungs? How do cleanse and detoxify the chemicals and toxins that our stuck in the fine air sacs (alveoli) of our lungs? Is it possible to reverse lung disease? I say yes! First we need to stop breathing chemicals and I share how to do that in our show. Indoor air pollution is real and it’s a real problem today. Today’s episode was something I didn’t plan. In fact I had just walked in from an oncology appointment with a medical doctor. As many of you know I got into natural healing and alternative health as a result of my mom’s cancer diagnosis in 1995. At that time she was about 10 years without smoking a cigarette. She quit smoking when she was around 45 and had smoked for 20 plus years. At that time we thought that the cancer she had which was non hodgkin’s lymphoma was the result of decades of smoking. We later found out that there are now many studies showing how Roundup and Glyphosate has caused non hodgkin’s lymphoma. The studies are so compelling that now over 400 people are now suing Monsanto for this. Over the years my mom has been dealing with a myriad of health issues from secondary lung cancers, to heart attacks and bowel issues. Recently her body was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had 2 lumpectomy’s. The first one was able to remove all of the offending mass and the second one got rid of all the outter margins and offending cells. Now, even though the cancer has been removed, they want to put her on a 5 year treatment plan involving chemotherapy, antibiotics and other drugs. The doctor she saw was very pompous and talked to my mother like she was a third grader. I went to this appointment and got to witness the sales pitch for chemotherapy. There were so many things going on in my mind during the meeting with this doctor that I was making mental notes the entire time and when I came back, I told Kate that we need to jump on the mics and record a podcast before I forget it! Dr. John DeWitt is our chiropractor and the man behind the website he calls concussion video where you can learn all about his latest research into head trauma and head injuries. Concussions are a subject that hits close to home with Dr. Dewitt because as a former professional football player, he’s had a few of them himself. What I learned in this show about concussions is that you don’t have to be hit in the head hard at all. Some soccer players get concussions from simply heading the ball on their forehead. If you can imagine a simple fall on the floor or even some whiplash from a car accident, these seemingly small injuries can cause a concussion. The other thing I learned about concussions is that they’re not just bruises on the brain. I always thought that a concussion was just a bruise on your brain. But a concussion can also be where brain matter that connects your brain to your spine and skull get damaged or even torn. So a concussion is much more than a lesion or bruise on your brain. It could be other tissue that gets damaged during the initial injury. This makes me worried for all UFC fighters, boxers and football players. I didn’t know that cheerleaders and hockey players are very prone to getting head injuries and concussions. He continued his football career with the NFL Houston Oilers, NFL Europe Champion Scottish Claymores, Montreal Alouettes of the CFL, San Francisco Demons of the XFL, and several teams in the AFL including three seasons with the LA Avengers. Dr DeWitt was burdened with glasses and corrective lenses since the 8th grade. He constantly struggled with the contact solution, scratched or broken glasses or even lost glasses or contact during his football days. After retiring from football, Dr. DeWitt earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles Chiropractic College. He is practicing in Orange County, at Bergman Family Chiropractic, specializing in personal injury cases and corrective chiropractic care.
