Corinna Coffin is a Registered Dietician, nutrition coach, and a professional OCR athlete who has been ripping up courses of all distances since 2015. As an athlete, she placed second at Spartan World Championships in 2015, First in TMX in 2017, and was the winner of the 2019 Spartan Stadion series.
