In doing so he has developed a 4 part model to address what he believes is an emerging paradigm shift based on some recent discoveries in areas like neuroscience, nuero-biomechanics, and behavioral economics.
Tim is also one of the best 50+ Spartan age group athletes in the sport as he has established himself as one of the top racers in the Northeast region by racking up wins in 2019.
