A veteran real estate professional, Blair has been in the industry for more than 25 years and has served as a principal at Shannon Waltchack since 2010.He currently serves on CCIM Institute’s national board of directors and is the CCIM Institute’s 2021 Global President. In addition, Blair was the 2017 National Association of Realtors Commercial Advocate of the Year and is also a Life Member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors’ Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club.
