Gosai started his career younger than most by earning a bachelor of science degree in less than three years from Ithaca College while double majoring in marketing and legal studies with a minor in economics. He became one of the youngest students of the 2006 class to attain a Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. After completing graduate school, Mr. Gosai moved to his hometown, just south of Pittsburgh. He began a series of real estate development projects with a group of physicians, lawyers, and small family offices. With a focus on creating generational wealth for his investors, Tejas constructed, opened, and operated over a dozen major hotels, gas stations, multi-family assets, and developed retail & strip malls totaling over $75MM in real estate holdings.Combining his experiences, Mr. Gosai created one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate firms specifically focused on the Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton markets. He and his firm have closed over $100M in deal volume with an average of 26.4 listing days on market.

Under his leadership, Mr. Trollope organically doubled the user base four years consecutively and led the business through to acquisition by private equity.Mr. Trollope is a graduate of the University of Portsmouth, England, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in E-Commerce.
