In our society, we have trouble recognizing a sovereign God who is in control of everything. This object lesson is a reminder that our lives should be reflecting Jesus at all times. We should be showing Him to the world. Also, it reminds us not to walk away from the Bible after examining our lives and do nothing about the areas that need improvement. That is just as crazy as looking into a mirror and seeing you have broccoli in your teeth, but you walk away leaving it there! Use the Bible to check your life's reflection of Jesus. Are you being all that He would have you to be?

This lesson continues with the 7 things God hates from Proverbs 6:16-19. We are reviewing things that make God happy and what things do NOT make God happy. This way we will know how to walk on our spiritual journey and be pleasing to Him. God wants us to be personally involved in our church. Everyone has a job to do and when we all do our job, His blessings will flow!

This object lesson reminds us to build our lives on the solid rock of knowing who Jesus is!! It is the only way our lives will survive when the winds and rain of troubles come our way.

In this lesson we talk about how Moses was trying really hard to figure out what pleased God and what did not please God. We have to know this as well, so we are going to discuss the top 7 "deadliest creatures", things that do not please God so we need to keep them out of our lives. Over the next few weeks we will discuss the 7 things that God hates from Proverbs 6:16-19.
