Create Better Content
I like to think that my work has given enthusiasm, inspiration or dare I say, permission to others who wanted to help microgym owners but just didn't have the balls to hit record and talk into their camera.
From my first video back in 2015 to where I am today with WTF Gym Talk, I feel confident in my ability to give content creation advice to others - regardless of who they are trying to reach with their material.
Recently, there has been quite the increase in guys talking first person, into their phone, telling gym owners how to "crush it"....and I have an issue with that.
Not with the guys or their advice or their business....but with the lack of effort with their content.
Hit play to hear this rant...it's a gooden'.

Why Your Client Pay For Extra Coaching, NOT FROM YOU!
So you're telling me that you have clients who are paying for coaching from someone else other than you?
Well that's embarrassing.

Fireball + Fitness Celebs + WOD on the Waves with Zak Leighton
Zak Leighton is the co-owner of CrossFit Distinction in Cleveland, OH and a helluva good dude.
He's also decided to get into the vacation cruise ship industry by renting milltion dollar yachts and sending thousands of fitness fans out to sea to workout, party and hang out with some of their favorite fitness celebs.
WOD on the Waves was originally a concept I used as comedic relief in my content, but after getting to know Zak and hearing more about what he's created - I got a much better understanding as to what he's selling and I think you're going to dig it too.

Suck Less At Sales - Part 2
Are you still waiting till the very end of a prospect's first class or initial consult to show them pricing information?
Do you still covet the pricing options like it's some secret relic you can't show them or you'll magically lose the sale cause you won't be able to add value or some other lame fucking bullshit reason?
If so...this is for you.

The New Marketing Funnel For 2020
I recently did a vlog on this concept of The New Marketing Funnel For Microgyms and it stirred up quite a response so I wanted to increase the awareness on what I think you guys need to strongly consider if you're looking to drive more traffic into your building without running bullshit gimmicky challenge ads.

Owning a Microgym For 10 Years Is Easier When You Look Like Drew Brees
Jeremy Hohle is more famous than you.
His gym has probably also been around longer than yours.
And even though this guy is also a complete bad ass who still attends biz seminars hours after having his appendix removed, he's probably one of the most down to earth, awesome and good dudes I've ever met.
Jeremy is the owner of Ragin CrossFit in Lafayette, LA and is the famous Drew Brees doppelgänger you may have seen on the internet or news.
We met at a biz summit earlier in 2019 and then he came down for the SELF MADE SUMMIT to put the finishing touches on his new brand of classes at his gym.
We get into his 10 year affiliate journey and what it's been like to create a new class offering with such a veteran client base.
