Have you been ending your days going, "Wow what have I done today?" or "I didn't get nearly everything I wanted to done. Chances are you've fallen into the multitasking trap, and spent a lot of your time and energy on content switching. Let me put it in a way that might make more sense to you. Think about how much time you spent on your phone going from app to app: You're looking at one app and realize you need to do something else. You close down the first app You search for the second app. The second app has to load. As you look at the second app you realize you needed information from the first app. You close the second app. You find the first app. You load the first app. You get the information you need. You close the first app. You look for the second app again. The second app loads back up. You put in the information you need. That's a lot of steps, and a lot of time spent to do something very simple. Your brain has to go through that same process when you try to multitask. It takes time to reset, and get the process going. So, every time you check Facebook, a text message, have to send another email your time is being spent in a less than productive manner. But there's great news, Warriors! With technology growing there's ways to have a platform and system easily set in place that can allow you to focus on what you need to get done. Have you ever had goals set for a certain time? Like wanting to get fit in time for summer, or wanting to lose some extra weight for a wedding. Finally the day comes, then what? Are you done? Do you move on to the next goal and forget about it? Realistically goals should be something that we feel inner inspiration for, and are things that motivate you for the right reasons. Sometimes we get so caught up in a specific reason, we don't dig deep to find out why we want that goal or what's really keeping us from achieving it.
