Except we often don't cover all four of the areas that I think are essential to making your goals come true-- vision, action, unblocking, and flow. In making your plans for the year ahead, it's natural to plan your vision and prepare to take action. But without unblocking what's potentially in your way and creating a positive flow, you're only doing half the work.
