We all get stuck sometimes. We hit a roadblock in our life, family, and sometimes our business. We try and try again but sometimes we can't just figure out how to get out. Get creative and focus on the situation at hand. It's all about changing your mindset around the roadblocks. Don't just give it a bandaid, give it a solution! (4:15) "What can you do to either eliminate steps, to get the right person doing it, remove the wrong person from the process, have a template in place...what is that thing that you need to do in order to solve these problems?" (6:44) "We may try and attempt to do something that creates a little bit of a bandaid for the situation but it doesn't truly fix the root problem." (10:30) "You have to really look at the problem and say 'Ok, have I really done what's necessary to solve this problem?'" Mindset is everything! People talk about it all the time but it's because it is true. Your business will stay healthy only if you keep your body and mindset on the same road. Online marketing is a funny industry. We spend so much time so focused on creating content, making value-add posts or videos and getting our business out there we forget to ACTUALLY say what we do!
