In this episode, we'll explore: What happened when I tested positive for COVID right before the Speaker Salon Showcase — an in-person event I host each year at the Triad Theater in NYC The potential limiting beliefs I had to overcome during this experience Four steps to adopt when you have limiting beliefs How I incorporated these steps into my process More from Tricia Consistently Share Your Big Idea with Secrets of The Big Talk Explore my content and follow me on YouTube Follow me on Instagram Connect with me on Facebook Connect with me on LinkedIn Visit my website at TriciaBrouk.com

Managing Your Mindset During Setbacks

The Importance of Managing Your Mindset At the time of recording this episode, I was a week past having my Instagram account hacked and just 7 hours past having my Facebook ads account hacked. I'm not a tech expert, so I won't rehash all of the details of reclaiming these accounts — although, that was accomplished with the help of my amazing team and my husband, Joe. However, in today's show, I share with you how I managed my mindset during this stressful and violating time. Because if you work and play at an elevated level, you will eventually encounter problems like this, and I want you to know how to go about managing your mindset, so that you can move through them with grace, confidence, and strength. In this episode, we'll explore: The first thing I did when my accounts were hacked What no one can take away from you The fact that you are never alone when faced with challenges and why you shouldn't be afraid to ask for help Why managing your mindset is so crucial More from Tricia Join me inside The Big Talk Academy Explore my content and follow me on YouTube Follow me on Instagram Connect with me on Facebook Connect with me on LinkedIn Visit my website at TriciaBrouk.com
