At the time of recording this episode, I was a week past having my Instagram account hacked and just 7 hours past having my Facebook ads account hacked.
I'm not a tech expert, so I won't rehash all of the details of reclaiming these accounts — although, that was accomplished with the help of my amazing team and my husband, Joe.
However, in today's show, I share with you how I managed my mindset during this stressful and violating time.
