We Are Amazing – Self-Healing Beings!
— We are amazing beings capable of operating on a level that goes far beyond our comprehension. Throughout the ages, ancient wisdom has understood this. There is no single answer to the quest for wisdom, rather a methodical process of removing everything that is untrue. Getting in alignment with the true nature of things is easier when false beliefs and contradictions are eliminated. In the case of health and wellness, this is especially true. Biologically, our bodies are self-healing. Keeping this simple fact in mind is crucial to achieving optimal health and wellbeing. Optimal performance requires eliminating anything that hinders it. We are greatly impacted by toxins - whether they're physical, mental, or emotional. Whenever we are under stress, we are incapable of functioning freely, which leads to a wide range of problems. Throughout history, crystals, light, and color have been used in various forms to influence us in positive ways. If used correctly, they can aid in relaxation, stress reduction, creating balance, and enhancing our abilities. They facilitate the work of our systems. The effect is similar to putting someone in a more supportive, encouraging environment. Whatever task they have to perform, they will do better. SolaraGem is a crystal fusion light system that facilitates healing, well-being, and wellness …. it's also affordable! Valeria interviews Mike Broadwell — He is the creator of SolaraGem, a fusion of crystals, light, color and frequencies. He's spent the past 11 plus years specializing in crystal fusion light, working with leading integrative therapists around the US. He's also worked with many of the leading energy healers across the world, having produced numerous summits, workshops and live events. Success Is Gratitude Turned Into Resilience
— Being grateful is synonymous with expressing our feelings for others and for ourselves. We can also feel a lot better about ourselves and our lives by simply speaking words of love and praise to others. In order to feel grateful, you must feel the right way, about the right things, and at the right time. Motivation and self-discipline are inextricably linked. Although it does not provide instant relief from pain or stress, it gives us the feeling of being in control again. Gratitude gives us control over our lives by acknowledging and appreciating our assets. By acknowledging and appreciating our assets, gratitude empowers us. In the words of Robin Sharma: "Gratitude drives happiness. Happiness boosts productivity. Productivity reveals mastery. And mastery inspires the world." Valeria interviews Kia Ebadat — He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life Coach, and CEO of Resilience Coaching and Counseling.Kia has 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships issues, current life challenges, and has helped them overcome obstacles to reach their full potential. Not everything was so simple for Kia growing up. After realizing soccer was not his passion anymore, Kia struggled with finding his purpose. In his 20s, Kia felt hopeless and had no direction in life. He dealt with the pressures of not meeting his family's expectations and compared himself to other family members who were doctors, lawyers, and very successful. This created a lot of insecurity, stress, and anxiety, which led him down a path of self-destructive patterns such as partying, using alcohol and drugs. Until one day he picked up a Tony Robbins book and realized that his struggles and challenges were gifts for him to lead him to a resilient life. Kia worked on changing his habits that created problems for himself, and began learning and becoming a student of life. With the help of gratitude, meditation, and coaching, Kia was able to connect with his passion and purpose. He became a licensed therapist where his life took off. He stopped comparing himself to others, created his own path in life, and followed his intuition. Kia is very passionate about what makes individuals so motivated and have the ability to overcome anything that comes their way. He has read lots of books, and interviewed successful individuals in relationships, business, finance, and personal growth and has realized that your beliefs and your values create resilience and success in your life. If you BELIEVE you can do it, then anything is possible, sprinkle that with gratitude and great things will come your way. We all have resilience in us, we are capable of achieving anything we want and reaching our full potential." It's the one that sneaks into your dreams and demands your attention when you're least expecting it. The call is loud and clear. However, if you want to live the amazing, unlived life that's calling you, you must know that it won't simply 'happen'. It doesn't simply 'happen' or it would have already happened. Giving Children & Parents Tools For Emotional Balance
— "Let your children know they hold magic inside, the magic of love. We must teach our children to love themselves, not in terms of high self-esteem, but in genuinely valuing their bodies, thoughts, and emotions. We also must teach them to love others, for love can cast out fear. Teach your children to look into the eyes of others, and see their humanity. To honestly look deeply into another's eyes is to see the light of God within them. When we can connect heart-to-heart, and the idea of separation and fear seems far-fetched." Valeria interviews Angela Legh — She is best known as the author of her children's fantasy book series, The Bella Santini Chronicles, which gives children and their parents tools and techniques for emotional balance. For over 50 years, Angela experienced abuse, bullying, and belittlement, and through that exposure, she developed methods of emotional management. Angela has been featured in USA Today and the Los Angeles Tribune newspaper and magazine, along with countless other media exposures. Angela is an international bestselling author with eight published books. Angela has shared the stage with Les Brown, Dr. John DeMartini, Bernardo Moya, Michael Beckwith, Joe Vitale, Alison Larsen, Moe Rock, David Fagan, and many others. Angela has done everything from speaking to C-suite level entrepreneurs about emotional intelligence to creating engaging children's videos. ANR: Treating Opiate Addiction With Exceptional Results
— Dr. Andre Waismann provides treatment for opiate addiction with ANR and has achieved unparalleled results. The ANR treatment became the most effective and safe way of treatment that allows patients to be free from opiate dependency and its side effects, withdrawals, and craving. ANR has helped over 24,000 patients worldwide. One of the more notable treatment happened in 1998 when Dr. Waismann helped a 6-year-old child that became opioid-dependent after a brain tumor removal. Opiate addiction is a disease of the central nervous system. It's not a personality disorder. It's a disease. A disease that is highly treatable. Dr. Waismann's vision for the future treatment of opiate addiction mirrors that of a dentist appointment. Where individuals would walk into their local hospital, announce that they have an opiate addiction, and would be treated right there on the spot. It's for this reason that he has expressed no desire to patent his method. He wants everyone who is in need of this life-saving treatment to have access to it. Whether it is with him and his team, or not. Even though that vision seems a way off, Dr. Waismann persists in his activism, and has taken his plight worldwide. From the early 1990s until today, the ANR method has spanned continents in its reach. From Italy to Australia, Indonesia to the United States, over 20 countries, and countless patients have been positively impacted, and their lives forever changed by the work of Dr. Waismann. Valeria interviews Dr. Andre Waismann — He is the Developer of ANR, an Opiate Addiction Specialist, ICU Physician, and Speaker Dr. Waismann has spent the last thirty plus years working in the medical field in a variety of positions in several facilities ranging from Intensive Care Medicine Physician to Consultant to Medical Director, as well as Chairman and Chief of ANR clinics throughout the world. He specializes in Opiate Dependency and is most notably known for developing the ANR (Accelerated Neuro-Regulation) treatment of Opiate dependency. He has helped more than 24,000 patients globally overcome opioid dependency with this groundbreaking procedure. Passionate in his mission, he is determined to help people understand that opioid dependency is a treatable medical condition, giving lectures and presentations to numerous universities, medical centers, and congresses. Additionally, Dr Waismann is awaiting publication of his book "Changing of the Guards" which challenges the current policies on drug dependency. Being Your Better Self — Feels Best!
— Making mistakes in their life might cause us to internalize shame, guilt and regret. Striving for perfection leads us to reach towards unattainable goals and feeling like a failure when we don't reach them. Experiencing our emotions intensely and being reactive might result in living in shame, guilt and regret for experiencing things on a more "emotional" level than others. What if what we need is radical acceptance of who we are while also holding space for growth to be BETTER. Being a BETTER version versus the BEST version is more realistic; it is more achievable; it is more nurturing. It allows for mistakes, growth, healing; and it allows us to reconnect with the person we want to become and find again. Valeria interviews Carissa Alt-Frankard — She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. She has been working in the mental health field in various capacities for over 15 years. Her experience ranges from in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with ASD, social skills groups for young kids and teens, case management for the chronically homeless population, and as a psychotherapist for an outpatient mental health clinic. Carissa developed Be Your Better Self, LLC after using it as a personal mantra for growth in her own life. She feels the word "best" promotes perfection in terms of growth, which is unattainable. She believes working towards being a better version of ourselves allows for mistakes, vulnerability, and growth all at the same time. When she is not putting on her therapist hat, Carissa is busy being a boy mom to Easton and Daxton and spending time with her husband Tyler. In her free time, she enjoys working out, going for walks/hikes, reading, shopping, and watching mindless things on TV!
