How To Live An Intentional Life
— "My hereditary condition has often humbled me, tested me, and provided me with the ultimate perspective to see my life's challenges in an entirely new way. I'm living on borrowed time, and I don't want to waste it. I have spiritually obligated myself to share my story and to inspire others to accomplish their dreams and to live life fully. As well as to continue employing thousands in remote jobs. The more I can make a meaningful impact in other people's lives, the more I can feel worthy of all my second chances. The more I make my life count while I am alive, the less I worry about how long I live. My mindset has significantly improved my health over multiple extreme adversities. I really can't emphasize that point enough— our mind has the power to heal us. When you can control your mind and develop a strong mindset, you can reinvent yourself, you can change, and you can accomplish one dream after another and improve your odds in overcoming tough times." ~~~ Chris Valeria interviews Chris Jankulovski — He is the author of "Near Death Lessons: A Dream. A Terminal Illness. An Extraordinary Life Gained from 8 Near Death Experiences." All Healing Is Self-Healing — Reconnect To Your Natural State Of Bliss
—" It would be much easier for us to heal ourselves if we were still connected to our natural state of bliss. When we are born, we arrive free and clear of fear that we aren't good enough or unlovable. Nothing has yet happened in our environment or experience to implant this message (although there are rare occasions when imprints happen in utero). This is our pre-wounded self who never questioned our lovability or our has only been treated with love. They are truly a bundle of joy! That is our natural state and our birthright. But when we are wounded, we all experience living in an imperfect world, and we can lose that open, blissful, and loving state of being and spend the rest of our lives searching for it or trying to earn or buy it back. The problem is that most people are looking in all the wrong places when the state we're looking for is already inside of us and always has been. We only need to look within. Healing Grief With Art & Spiritual Truth
— "I know that life is ever changing and to be the best I can be, I have to accept that change is good. Not one of us ever finishes what we are here for until we leave and so therefore why not make it the best life rather waste each day out of resentment, anger or grief. I have fought life so hard since Dean's diagnosis. I could not let go of the happiness I had and I did not want to accept the changes from losing a husband and daughter. But there was not foe to battle, and I have been spinning my wheels for years. I got tired of the fight and have made peace with all my choices in life so far and accepted that death is part of life. For me that was most the battle and now I can start to look forward to something new." — Anitra Valeria Teles interviews Anitra Marie Simmons — the author of "When Breath Is Stronger Than Tears: A Survivor's Memoir Of Trauma, Grief, Healing and Faith." Anitra Simmons writes a raw, open and vulnerable account of her journey through what it's like to travel through terminal illness, death and a spiritual awakening. She gives vision to her readers of her emotions and heartache and her mission is to bring continued awareness to grief and help others find their way through this painful journey. She shares her path to healing by becoming an artist and writer and how she embraced spirituality to ease her pain, which led her to mediumship. She currently will be releasing her second memoir When Breath is Stronger than Tears by early 2022 and will follow with an illustrated children's book based on her daughter that passed away from Melanoma in 2017. Her art is continuously posted on Instagram and Facebook. Emotional Healing, True Peace & Timeless Wisdom
— "Developing your capacity to feel discomfort—to overcome your resistance and stay with negative feelings—is one of the most important steps on a spiritual path. Your goal here is not to feel comfortable. The lesson is, paradoxically, to become comfortable with feeling discomfort. Meeting your emotions with openness, love, and compassion can often allow them to resolve on their own. Hold them lovingly, without a secret desire for them to leave, and they leave on their own. Tell them to leave, and they hide, only to return later like an unwanted houseguest or pesky sibling." ~~~ Patrick Valeria interviews Patrick Paul Garlinger — the author of "Endless Awakening: Time, Paradox, and the Path to Enlightenment". Patrick Paul Garlinger is an award-winning author who experienced a profound spiritual awakening over a decade ago when he began to meet numerous spiritual teachers and experience higher states of consciousness. He writes to help humanity transcend the way we think about the nature of reality and the meaning of life. His first work, When Thought Turns to Light, is a primer on spiritual transformation that won the 2016 Living Now Spirit Award. That same year, his kundalini awakened, accelerating his spiritual evolution, and he downloaded a complete trilogy of channeled works. The first volume, Seeds of Light: Channeled Transmissions on the Christ Consciousness, was awarded the 2018 Living Now Silver Medal for Metaphysics. The second volume, Bending Time: The Power to Live in the Now, on how our consciousness is structured around time, was released in 2018. The third volume of the trilogy, A World Without Identity: The Sacred Task of Uniting Humanity, on the relationship between spirituality and social change, received the 2020 Living Now Silver Medal for World Peace. His newest book is Endless Awakening: Time, Paradox, and the Path to Enlightenment (Rhinebeck: Red Elixir, 2022). Awake Energy Is Fresh, New, And Ever-Present
— Awake energy is fresh, new, and present within us and within all of existence. When we are in contact with awake energy, we trust the goodness, wisdom, and spontaneity of our knowingness and beingness. We are aware that we interact with all of existence and are supported by a network of steady light and kindness through every experience, the ones we humanly term wonderful, and the ones we humanly term terrible. We also understand that as we thrive in insight and caring, we support all beings in their insight, caring, success, and victory on all levels. If our perceptions have carried fear, obstruction, limitation, or have encouraged us to believe in the illusion of separateness, we heal those perceptions. We live in the fullness of the present moment, in overflowing pure love, wisdom, strength, courage, and confidence. We trust the beneficence of life here and now, in our very bodies, hearts, minds, and lives — and in every moment and every time and place. We are in harmony with our own energy and so interact with the energy of other human beings with nonattachment and understanding, caring and good humor. We do not expect our satisfaction to come from other humans acting in any predetermined way because we are aware that satisfaction is within us always — and then naturally, the beauty and preciousness of all life will shine spontaneously in energy, consciousness, and openness, including through unprecedented kindness and gladness shared with other humans. Valeria interviews Swami Nityananda — She is a spiritual teacher and spiritual leader of Awake Yoga Meditation and author of Awake: The Yoga of Pure Awareness. Swami Nityananda became a student of Swami Shankarananda in 2010. Swami Shankarananda, who founded the Awake Yoga Meditation community, immediately recognized her as his successor. He announced that publicly in 2013 when he consecrated her as spiritual teacher and spiritual leader of the meditation community. In 2014 he consecrated her as a Swami and asked her to carry on his lineage and the teaching of Kriya Yoga. As Juniper Ellis, she is Professor of English at Loyola University, where she teaches American Literature and World Literature Written in English. She earned her PhD at Vanderbilt University. She has held Fulbright grants in New Zealand and Germany, and other national awards including an Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship and an NEH grant. Her book Tattooing the World: Pacific Designs in Print and Skin was published by Columbia University Press. Her scholarly articles have appeared in respected journals in many English-speaking countries. Her teaching helps listeners and readers connect with the reality of love, wisdom, liberation, joy, harmony, and kindness. People who meditate with her find Swami Nityananda practices a selfless way of living in the world that asks, "How may I be of service?" and models through open-hearted, generous, and effervescent guidance, a path for us all to recognize our own inherent divine qualities, and to see the same in everyone.
