Anxiety Must Be Treated As A Physical Condition First
— "Anxiety is insidious because it fools you into believing that there is something wrong with you mentally or emotionally, and that is what causes the problem. Think of something that is insidious as having the ability to hide either what is causing your problem, or something that is necessary for you to understand it. This is exactly what happens when the anxiety takes over your life. That insidious part of this infuriating internal nemesis is that, even though you can feel it ravaging your body, you misinterpret its driving force as something that is created in your brain. It is so important to monitor what the rest of your body is doing to fully understand both the cause of this condition, and the route you must take to return to health and peace." - Faust Valeria interviews Faust Ruggiero — He is the author of "The Fix Yourself Handbook: Using the Process Way of Life to Transform Your Life into a Happy, Healthy Journey and The Fix Your Anxiety Handbook: Bringing You Out of the Darkness and into a Brilliant New World." Faust Ruggiero is a published research author, clinical trainer, and a therapist who has worked in settings that have included clinics for deaf children, prisons, nursing homes, substance abuse centers, inpatient facilities, and major corporations, both national and international. He is the president of the Community Psychological Center in Bangor, Pennsylvania. He was part of a team that developed the counseling program for drunk drivers that became the prototype for the state of Pennsylvania and is still being used in many other states. He continues to provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families, veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and other emergency personnel. He has taught at the college level and is published in several research journals. He has been in private practice at the Community Psychological Center, in Bangor, Pennsylvania, for more than thirty years, specializing in individual, family, substance abuse, women's issues, and marital/couples counseling. During that time, he developed the Process Way of Life and has used it with over 2,000 of his clients, helping them to realize and unleash the power they have inside themselves. With the Process Way of Life being so successful as a counseling program, Mr. Ruggiero decided to develop the process-based journey into a written text. The approach underwent several years of research and program design so that it could effectively be communicated in written form. The goal is to help people understand how to present their problems in a way that helps them understand them. His program, then, provides people with the exact steps to fix those problems. The Process Way of Life is presented in The Fix Yourself Handbook, published in 2019. The book has received literary awards from Literary Titan, The Nonfiction Writer's Association, and IndieReader. Mr. Ruggiero has appeared on television, radio shows, and podcasts, nationally and internationally, to discuss the Process Way of Life presented in The Fix Yourself Handbook. His radio show—Fix It With Faust—debuted in June 2021, and The Fix Your Anxiety Handbook, the second installment of The Fix Yourself Empowerment Series. Genuine Foundation for Long Term Fulfillment & A Life Worth Living
— We all want to be "happy." As parents, we want the same for our children, but are we after the wrong thing? It is interesting to note that even when we attain happiness or contentment, it is usually temporary, especially if we associate it with acquiring something. In the end, the reward is short-lived. Continuous pursuit of happiness may also lead to a cycle of pursuit, short-term reward, and then back to pursuit. In addition to being unfulfilling, it is ultimately exhausting, and it can lead to disappointments and frustrations. Research suggests that this is true, but what might be an alternative that could be more effective? Valeria interviews Dr. Wallace K. Pond — He is the author of "The Lights Are On, Is Anybody Home? Education in America and Leadership in the Real World: Hard Won Lessons from 20 Years As a Chief Executive in Turbulent" Dr. Pond, founder, IdeaPathway, LLC, the Transformation CollaborativeTM, and Life Worth Living, LLC. He has been a mission-driven educator and leader for over 30 years. For the last 20 years, Wallace has been a senior leader in higher education, holding both campus and system level positions overseeing single and large, multi-campus and online institutions of higher education in the US and internationally. He has served as chancellor, president, COO, CEO, CAO (Chief Academic Officer), and board member, bringing exceptional value as a strategic-servant leader through extensive experience and acumen in strategic planning, transformational change, change management, crisis management/turn around, organizational design and development, P&L, human capital development, innovation, new programs, and deep operational expertise among other areas of impact. He has recently added psychotherapy to his practice and provides counseling services as an LPC intern under supervision. Wallace began his career as a high school teacher and adjunct professor and spent six years in the elementary and secondary classroom working primarily with at-risk youth. He was also a public-school administrator and spent another six years as a full time professor and administrator in the not-for-profit higher education sector, working in both on campus and online education, bringing education to underserved students. Additionally, Wallace has over 15-years of executive, private sector experience, creating a unique and powerful combination of mission-driven and business focused leadership and insights. Raise Your Wealth Consciousness – Living In Abundance
— "Open your heart to the truth of Divine Love. You are loved, right here, right now. Breathe in that truth and smile. Your awareness will expand as you consider how the Money Tree stays grounded. You have a voice inside that can guide, teach, and create with you, if you would only listen. Step into your own powers to create wealth, dancing with Divine Love as your partner." - Kathryn Valeria interviews Kathryn Eriksen — She is the author of "The Money Tree: Transform Scarcity Thinking to Empowered Wealth Consciousness." That's why Kathryn created Empowered Way Coaching. She helps women entrepreneurs who have lost sight of their authentic selves - in their business and in their money relationship. One-on-One coaching programs focus on the Feminine Side of Money and identifying Sacred Money Archetypes. The Power Our Present Moment Awareness
— "The great teacher of the Now, Eckhart Tolle, expresses it beautifully, "Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment." What if we stopped judging what presents itself in our lives, and paid greater attention to the reason it was there? What if we took full responsibly for it and no longer felt like a victim of circumstance? How would your life journey change course and lead you in the direction of your awakened self? These are the questions you should ask yourself, especially when your journey has you lost in a forest of debris. The guidance you seek is just a small step in the direction of you. It almost sounds too simple to be true. Yet, you are the "gold" you have been seeking after." — The Now-Ist Valeria interviews Billy Mandarino — He is the author of "The Now-Ist: Finding the Signs to Your Ultimate Desires in No Time." Ganja Yoga: A Path To Living In Relaxation & Harmony
— In her groundbreaking book, Ganja Yoga — Dee Dussault, a yoga instructor, brings cannabis-enhanced yoga to North America for the first time. It has been millennia since yogis have used cannabis to enhance their spiritual practices. Cannabis' potential role for modern seekers pursuing a spiritual path is generating quiet but growing discussion within the Western yoga community. Taking this ancient practice mainstream, Dee Dussault is a certified yoga instructor. Rather than combining cannabis with exercise, Ganja Yoga is a ceremony that makes conscious relaxation an intentional ritual you can develop with practice - a way to live more harmoniously and stress-free. The use of marijuana during yoga practice can enhance awareness, acceptance, connectivity, and relaxation for some practitioners. The stigma surrounding marijuana dissipates as state laws loosen and marijuana is increasingly viewed as a legitimate supplement for increased wellbeing and health. Her book, Ganja Yoga explains how to set up a sacred space that will enable you to stretch and meditate while using this relaxing substance. It's the exploration of how cannabis can be incorporated into yoga and smoking practices, and what considerations you need to make when introducing cannabis into your practice. Dee says: "It's more like adding spice to your food than getting stoned out of your mind." Valeria interviews Dee Dussault — She is the author of "Ganja Yoga: A Practical Guide to Conscious Relaxation, Soothing Pain Relief, and Enlightened Self-Discovery."
