Emotional Freedom and The Divine Heart

— "The essence of divine love, the seed of the human expression of love, is impersonal and therefore passionless. In a sense, divine love is detached "emotionless!" Detachment should not be misinterpreted for lack of caring. We are emotionally attached when we expect validation and recognition from another. When we try to find ourselves through someone else, we end up losing ourselves. We attain emotional freedom when we enter the divine heart within our own heart for, it is there that the flame of unconditional, impersonal, divine love burns. Unspoiled by the ego and untouched by human consciousness, the divine heart clearly sees the light and darkness of the human soul and loves both equally. When we experience imbalance of any kind, it is because our lack of love, particularly self-love, prevents us from allowing God within to fully love us. We are taught to love God, but the real challenge is to let God love us by loving ourselves. To love oneself is the ultimate divine command." — Excerpt from From Childhood To Christhood Valeria interviews Jocelyne Ranucci — She is the author of "FROM CHILDHOOD TO CHRISTHOOD: A Journey into Universal Divine Consciousness." Born in Paris, Ranucci set out on her own while still in her teens. Her work and travels took her to New York City and Mexico, and finally, to Sag Harbor, NY where she found her "home," and herself. A successful businesswoman, she is presently at work on her second book, which will show her readers how she has put the lessons she has learned into practical use in everyday life—and how they can too. Identifying abusive situations and providing directions for seeking help and reporting abuse are some of the goals of Dr. Tiffanie's work. Valeria interviews Dr. Tiffanie Tate — She is the author of "Bad Touching." Originally from Compton, California, Tiffanie Tate, M.D. is a Christian, mother, servant, listener, and medical doctor, who now resides in the Inland Empire. With the loving support of her maternal family and specifically, her maternal Aunt, known as "Momtee," Tiffanie received the love, support, and stability she needed to thrive. Dr. Tate earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Medical Doctorate degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She began writing poems as an outlet after she was medically retired following six surgeries over two years following an injury. She wrote her first book, FloweTry: A Collection of 108 Poetic Flows on Life, Love, and Liturgical Issues to help encourage and uplift herself and others. Bad Touching is her second book but her first children's book. In the Fall, her third book, second children's book, titled Little Engine Mia Sings, addressing bullying, will be published. Embracing The Reckoning: Unleashing The Power Of Women Over 50

— "The transformative journey that women over 50 often experience is a journey of authentic self-expression, purpose, and legacy. It's a reckoning of sorts, a deep yearning for fulfillment and a need to listen to the internal whispers that are growing louder and more persistent as time refuses to stand still: "Is this all there is?" There is a knowing, an undeniable force that says, "there must be more to life". As Glennon Doyle says in Untamed, "Isn't life supposed to be more beautiful than this?" Midlife is a time when existential questions naturally emerge, especially at 50 and beyond. One common gap between who and where we are now is that many of us don't know what we want, who we are outside of our roles, or how to begin to find out. This is particularly true for women due to cultural norms and societal conditioning that have led us to an overidentify with our roles and an erosion of self. The authentic no-ego self is the foundation for personal transformation, so this is where it all begins. There are some powerful tools to help us discover (or recover) our most authentic self: Creativity is essential. Without creativity, our deepest form of authentic self-expression remains just out of reach. " Valeria interviews Susan Young — She is the Founder Triple Moon Coaching is a passionate advocate for women over 50, specializing in helping them navigate their soul-led journeys with confidence and purpose. ADHD Awareness: Transforming Lives Impacted By Adult ADHD

— There are times when ADHD is impossible to miss - and there are other times when it is too easy to overlook. In children whose symptoms mimic stereotypical ones (such as hyperactivity or impulsivity), the diagnosis is often made early, while those with less obvious signs (such as emotional dysregulation or sleeplessness) may go undiagnosed into adulthood. This episode discusses the most common ADHD signs. The behavior and presentation of ADHD are often stereotyped, despite the fact that it manifests in disparate and dichotomous ways. Consequently, not-so-obvious ADHD symptoms may go ignored or misdiagnosed in broad daylight. In such a situation, the subtle, but lifelong symptoms of ADHD suddenly become unmanageable when triggered by unique and stress-inducing circumstances. Most adults don't get the help they need until then. The most common ADHD symptoms are being revealed today by Dr. Dara Abraham. Valeria interviews Dr. Dara Abraham — She is a Philadelphia-based psychiatrist on a mission to transform lives impacted by adult ADHD. With personal experience and 15 years of expertise under her belt, she creates tailored evaluations and treatments that help individuals thrive.
