Living Authentically By Being Your True Self
— Nina experienced herself being stuck in the intellectual space on her self-development journey for about 10 years before she found that missing puzzle piece that would enable her to tap into her true self and make a quantum leap into a completely different life from what she was living before. Through elevating her self-awareness and living with conviction and intention. Finding what was missing within enabled her to take massive action and change the course of her life. When you raise your consciousness, you can never undo it and your life will inevitably get lighter and more fulfilled the further you go on the journey of becoming the one and manifesting your desires. Valeria interviews Nina Olofsson — She is a soul purpose activator, life master coach and mentor. She helps and serves unfulfilled, sensitive high achievers to tap into their greatness and soul's purpose. Finding what is still missing in their life so that they can live with passion, purpose and manifest their inner desires with ease, flow and loving support. She found her own passion and calling to do this work through her own suffering from that same feeling of lack of meaning and purpose. She suffered from a deep sense of disconnection with herself and with others for a long time before finding what she was missing. She is a highly intuitive and sensitive high achiever in nature and has always cared deeply for people in her life which caused a people pleasing behavior in combination with her emotional childhood trauma caused by being neglected as a child and teenager. Even though Nina grew up feeling cast aside and even unloved she always sought to understand why people act and react as we often do. She was always an observer of behavior and social ways of how people interact with each other. She had a few years of rebelling against being molded into the good, smart girl in school. Passing every grade, nevertheless. And despite experiencing depression, anxiety and recurring panic attacks. She endured and today she finds the good and the deep lessons learned from her suffering. Being highly sensitive and intuitive you might think that she would have had a good feeling of who she was. But that was not really the case. She knows today that we are on different levels of awareness and that we can know a lot of things about self-growth, about the ego, about consciousness, about how the mind works on autopilot, but it's a completely different thing to live according to what you know. To practice the things that will make you tap into the greatness within and to be one with love. To be unapologetically and uniquely You. Nina's journey of becoming the one in her own life is far from over and she aspires to inspire, help and serve the people searching for that same purpose and fulfillment in life as she was searching for so many years. She is today an entrepreneur, Life Purpose Coach and certified Elite Performance Master Coach coming from a background in the private sector of the healthcare industry. Healing With Hypnosis: A Natural Process
— This is how you envision hypnosis, isn't it? In the beginning, I felt the same way. Since then, I have been practicing psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, and I can tell you that hypnosis is a natural process. You are in a trance every day. Engrossed in your work, falling asleep, waking up, and taking a bath. A scientifically based method of treatment, hypnosis has been recognized by the "Scientific Advisory Board for Psychotherapy" since 2006. Hypnosis addressees your issue quickly, effectively, and cause-oriented by positively occupying the inner evaluations of your subconscious. There can only be change where it is needed. One of the most radical things you can do is to give up a fear or a vice. It is important that you recognize your strengths and potentials and work to improve them. Valeria interviews Bernhard Tewes — He is a licensed hypnotherapist, praxis owner, and keynote speaker on hypnosis from Berlin. Bernhard is a certified member of National Guild of Hypnotists, and the German Alliance of Hypnotherapists. In his KIEZ-Hypnose praxis Bernhard works with patients suffering from addictions, sleeping disorder, burnout, depression, phobia, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. In his desire to make hypnotherapy more available to everybody Bernhard founded HypnoBox – an app providing self-hypnosis sessions for mental and physical health issues. Each audio session is focused on targeting a specific problem like smoking cessation, stress resilience, overcoming jealousy, et c. Cycle Breakers And Family Liberators: Two Sisters With A Mission To Heal
— As they were finalizing their manuscript, Ronni's daughter sent them a screengrab of an Instagram post from "jabbieapp" that read: "Never underestimate a cycle breaker. Not only did they experience years of generational trauma but they stood in the face of the trauma and fought to say, "This ends with me." This is brave. This is powerful. This comes at a significant cost. Never underestimate a cycle breaker. Ronni and Jennie read it, and cried. A few weeks later, Ronni found a post on Instagram from Xavier Dagba and sent it to Jennie: "All this time you thought you were nothing but the black sheep of your lineage, whereas you were being initiated to be their liberator. Healing looks good on you. Keep going. Jennie cried, and something in her shifted. These two amazing sisters started their journey with a sincere desire to spare their children the pain they had endured—to break the intergenerational cycle of abuse and addiction so that they could live beautiful lives. They also hoped that they could reparent themselves and live beautiful lives of their own. And they did, if imperfectly. Though they are still learning and growing, Ronni and Jennie have each created something well beyond what we could have imagined at the beginning of this ride. This means they are more than survivors. They are, indeed, rockstars!!! Valeria interviews Ronni Tichenor and Jennie Weaver — the author of "Healing Begins With Us: Breaking The Cycle Of Trauma And Abuse And Rebuilding The Sibling Bond" Ronni Tichenor has a PhD in sociology, specializing in family studies, from the University of Michigan, and Jennie Weaver, has received her degree from the Vanderbilt School of Nursing and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in family practice and mental health. Spiritualty and Recovery from Addiction
— "Playing the tape is a way to stay clean. You play the tape when you feel like getting out of yourself and getting into substance. Play the tape and go to a meeting, go for a walk, or call a friend. That doesn't mean looking back and feeling shame, guilt, and regret (you will learn to forgive yourself first.) It means don't forget that for us, one is too many, and a thousand is never enough. It can be really simple when we break it down, and that is what Belle is here to do. This is how Belle, and many others before her, have gotten and stayed clean and sober. Her book, "Play The Tape" is for the addict prone to relapse, the people still in active addiction, and those new to recovery. Follow the steps she did, and you can do it too. You can be the best version of yourself." Valeria interviews Belle Motley — She is the author of "Play the Tape: 5 Simple Ways to Help You Stay Clean and Sober One Day at a Time; Recovery from the Addiction of Drugs and Alcohol is Possible." Belle has had an interesting life, to say the least. She has always been guided by Spirit, but it wasn't until her mother's passing that she became fascinated by Angel Numbers. Many signs were sent to her, with numbers being the most prominent. Belle aims to share her wisdom and experience to help others flourish on their spiritual journeys. Prior to this, Belle lost her way. She was taught morals and faith as a child and grew into a young adult with big dreams. She created a good life and achieved many goals. However, there came a point where life got complicated, as it does for most. This led to active addiction, and everything she had built was quickly lost, including almost her life. Fortunately, she was blessed to find recovery, which led her out of the darkness and into her spiritual awakening. Now, Belle utilizes the power of the Universe to manifest all her dreams and goals. She listens to her dreams and pays attention to signs, which has led her on a beautiful journey of abundance and fulfillment. She aims to help others find the path that will lead to harmony, peace, healing, and purpose in their lives. Regardless of the name, the Universe, God, Higher Power, and Source Energy have big plans for everyone. You are loved. Not A Balanced Life But An Abundant Life
— "If you want to succeed, you must forget about a balanced life and strive towards an abundant life. This means you must work on each of the five life-building blocks consistently in order to bring them all to an abundant state where not a single one is incomplete or so compromised that it gets in the way of the others. These life-building blocks are in close relationship with each other, exactly like the organ systems in the human body. You cannot expect excellent health unless all your body systems work at a hundred percent individually and together. Poor health may start unnoticed and gradually erode your body and mind over the course of several years, just as successfully as poor relationships and poor financial intelligence will drag your long-term endeavors and lower your chances of success. It is the same exact principle across the board." Valeria interviews Alexandra Dotcheva — She is the author of "It Really Is Simple: A Holistic Approach To Self-Confidence: A Practical Guide." Born and raised into a musicians' family in Bulgaria, Alexandra Dotcheva came to the United States in 2000 after earning a bachelor's degree in Music from the National Academy of Music in Sofia. She earned a Doctor of Musical Arts in Violin Performance from Louisiana State University in 2007. Alexandra Dotcheva joined the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra in 2006, and in 2008, prompted by the economic crisis, she decided to pursue a career in nursing at the St. Joseph's College of Nursing in Syracuse, NY. For her academic and clinical performance, she was awarded the John Trzeciak Award in 2010, and the Stella Sroka Award for Excellence in Cardiac Nursing and the Esther G. McCarty Memorial Scholarship in 2011 upon graduation. Alexandra Dotcheva has been practicing as a registered nurse since 2011, with a strong passion for educating patients on acquiring optimal health. Her nursing experience includes ICU, orthopedic trauma, and home care. In 2014, she began her investing career with a focus on rental real estate and, later on, options trading. She is the owner of three real estate businesses and a holistic coaching business. Alexandra's passion for health, martial arts, fitness, and financial independence, as well as her experience with the challenges of cultural integration prompted her to write the book, It Really Is Simple: A Holistic Approach to Self-Confidence – A Practical Guide, in which she shares her path to success in an effort to motivate readers to embrace change and pursue their dreams, in spite of fear and insecurity. Her mission is to help people overcome self-imposed limitations that prevent many from realizing their goals, finding peace of mind, and acquiring prosperity. By sharing her own journey to achieving control over the most important aspects of life, Alexandra's goal is to inspire others to turn away from various forms of fear and self-doubt and go after their dreams instead of leading lives subdued to conventional ways of thinking that have long been proven outdated, inadequate, and damaging to a person's self-esteem and self-confidence. A Prayer For Healing
— "Sometimes, we are reminded that pain and suffering are inevitable parts of the human experience. As Christians, we may face adversity in the form of an illness. Sickness has the potential to cripple us mentally, physically, and emotionally, but it can sometimes allow us to shift our emphasis away from our daily lives and toward God. Experiencing sickness may feel overwhelming or frightening, but it can also help us grow closer to God and strengthen our faith. Sometimes, God uses some of us best when we are weak and ill to perform something we could never have dreamed of. " Valeria interviews Edmane Castor — She is the author of "52 Weeks of Uplifting Prayers and Guided Reflection: Daily Devotion and Scripture Reading to Deepen Your Relationship with God." Edmane Castor was born in a small town called Duveger, near Fonds-des-Nègres in Haiti. She dedicated her life to God at the age of 12. At the age of 23, God spoke to her and called her to become a minister of the gospel in the Salvation Army. She left her country, her family, and her friends and moved to Jamaica, and joined the Salvation Army Training College. At the end of her training, she married her spouse and they were both commissioned and ordained as Salvation Army officers (ministers). God dispatched her and her husband to serve in over 22 nations in the Caribbean, Africa, and North America to minister to others. During her career, she has had the honor and privilege of mentoring, preaching, counseling, advising, and providing social services to thousands of people. She has also helped many individuals work through their problems and grow spiritually and become closer to Christ. She is thankful to God for choosing her, breaking her, molding her, and using her for His purpose and mission. She is currently a retired minister and a Commissioner of the Salvation Army but is always actively writing about her relationship with God.
