Transforming Your Beliefs — Living Your Truth
Valeria Teles interviews Barb Stone — the author of Archetypes Made Easy: Transform Your Beliefs, Empower Your Life, Live Your Truth Barb's main work in the last 25 years has been around archetypes. The foundation of this work has come from Dr. Caroline Myss, with whom she studied in the States, in 1996. Years later, having cast over 10,000 charts, a similar amount of healings, plus teaching many different modalities to others, her guidance showed her it was time to move into a new direction and focus her energy towards Jamieson Sanctuary. This became a successful retreat place where many people felt empowered, renewed, validated and re-focused. It was a unique place in Victoria. After seven years, it was time to close the place down and move onto the next stage of the unfolding Mystery, so Barb left at the end of January, 2009. She travelled within Australia and overseas for the next 2 years. She moved back to Jamieson Sanctuary, January 2011 opening the Sanctuary up to guests again. The property sold in June 2014 and Barb then moved to The Basin, on the outskirts of Melbourne, with her new partner. Barb recommenced her main archetype work again, opening up her website: archetypechartreadings.com – this means this work can be experienced all around the world in English speaking countries. She published her book, Archetypes Made Easy in 2019. This has meant this wonderful modality can be learned by anyone, anywhere and with 25,000 charts under her belt, it's time to pass it on to those who wish to learn. Barb is also blessed to have three wonderful adult children and nine magnificent grandchildren. Creativity, Self-Discovery & Healing
Valeria Teles interviews Bhavana Gesota — she is the author of My 12 Moon Journal: A Guided Journal for Creative Self-Exploration An unexpected health crisis led Bhavana to leave her materially successful career in the technology sector in 2016. The diagnosis of Hashimoto's served as a wake-up call to an inner calling that had been brewing for several years but had gone neglected. She consolidated her global working life and settled in a small rural village in Peru with the sole aim of healing at the mind, body, and soul level. Hashimoto's compelled her to seek within and ask the question – How does my soul wish to express itself in this world? She picked up her paintbrush and the pen and began to paint and write as the two primary ways to express what is inside. While she consolidated her material life, she also consolidated the various spiritual journeys she had taken over the years and concluded that all real journeys begin and end with one's Self. The inspiration in creating this journaling guidebook is rooted in her insights through the practice of cultivating self-awareness and becoming genuinely intimate with her own self. The method of self-inquiry – Who am I? by Ramana Maharshi, act as her guiding lamp-post.
