Today’s guest started with Location Location as a junior negotiator in 2006 and within a short period of time became the top-performing sales consultant in the company taking on the role of Branch Manager in 2009. She became Sales Director and equity partner in 2012 and has been an integral part of establishing Location Location’s reputation as one of North London’s leading estate agents. Now she is the Managing Director and if that wasn’t enough, she is also a volunteer mentor at Agents Together. Today's guest is a BS-Free REAL Estate Agent Coach and he teaches Estate Agents to scale without the sleaze. He started his career at one of the biggest estate agencies in the world and lead his first region of 9 offices from 92nd to number 1 in the company in less than three years. Since then, he has built 8 different Estate Agency brands, handled over 200 billion pounds worth of successful property sales, and sold properties in both the 7 and 8-figure categories leading to multiple industry awards. He now coaches and speaks about these subjects at public events including being selected by Rightmove as the coach to show agents how to build their business.
