3648 Take It As A New Season

In our journey towards healthy living, we often encounter obstacles and temptations that can derail our progress. However, every new day presents a fresh opportunityβ€” take it as a new season. Just like the changing seasons, you can view each day as a new beginning for healthy living. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What does your day look like now? Are you pressed for time? Are your finances holding you back? Do your excuses make it easier to not do what you know you need to do? Maybe the pain isn't significant enough and the status quo is okay for now. But how are you going to feel 2 days from now, or 2 weeks, or 2 months? If you want to live healthy and enjoy life more, having boundaries and making yourself a priority this Spring is the best way to rock your new season! The K.I.S.S. ~ Rock your new season! Here are three simple strategies to help prioritize healthy living even when life gets busy: 1. Set Realistic Goals: Begin by setting achievable and realistic goals for yourself. Whether it's committing to a 30-minute workout, preparing homemade meals instead of ordering takeout, or getting a good night's sleep, setting specific goals can help you stay on track even during hectic days. 2. Create a Routine: Establishing a daily routine that includes healthy habits can make it easier to prioritize your health. Schedule your workouts or meal prep sessions at the same time each day to create consistency. Having a routine can help you stay organized and ensure that healthy choices become a natural part of your day. 3. Practice Self-Care: Remember that taking care of yourself is essential for overall well-being. Incorporate self-care activities such as meditation, pilates, yoga, or simply taking a few moments to unwind and relax. By prioritizing self-care, you can reduce stress, improve your mental health, and make healthier choices throughout the day. By approaching each day as a new season and embracing the opportunity for growth and positive change, you can make healthy living a priority even when life gets busy. Remember, every small choice you make contributes to your overall health and well-being. So, take it one day at a time. 3647 Match Your Energy

Why is it that we experience moments of boundless motivation to times when we feel utterly depleted? Life's roller coaster is ridiculous, but it's also beautiful when you match your energy. That's lifeβ€” the natural ups and downs. But what if instead of resisting or forcing your way through, you grab ahold of what you have and use it in the moment? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Matching your energy is about embracing your current state, whether it's a whirlwind of productivity or a gentle lull. It's your presence that counts. By tuning into and aligning with your inner vibe, you can achieve a sense of flow and balance that propels you toward your goals. It's all too common to push ourselves beyond our limits when we're riding high on motivation, only to crash hard when the energy fades. Likewise, during moments of depletion, we may beat ourselves up for not being as productive as we think we "should" be. But what if we viewed these ebbs and flows as natural cycles that can be harnessed for our benefit? The K.I.S.S. ~ Match your energy! When you're buzzing with energy, seize the moment to tackle tasks that require focus and drive. Harness this momentum to make strides toward your ambitions, knowing that you're in sync with yourself. And when your energy wanes, instead of fighting against it, pivot toward activities that nourish and restore you. Take breaks, practice self-care, and recharge your batteries so that when the energy surges anew, you'll be ready to ride the wave once more. By matching your energy, you not only honor your internal rhythms but you also cultivate a sense of self-awareness and compassion. You learn to listen to your body and mind, giving yourself the grace to ebb and flow with the tide of life. So, how are you feeling today? Remember to match your energy when you feel the tides of energy shifting within you. Trust in the power of finding harmony within yourself, and watch as you navigate life's currents with grace and intention. "Be present. Be incredible. 3646 How to Silence the Voice in Your Head

Do you often find yourself battling the negative whispers in your mind that chip away at your self-worth and motivation? It's time to take control and learn how to silence the voice in your head. But is that even possible? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com How many years have you been saying the same thing? Better yet...How many times have you repeated what you told yourself in high school? Unfortunately, that's the life many people live every day. We get up with the same voice in our head, yet we're quick to complain about our spouse or the children. And sometimes, we get rid of the spouse. But how come we can't kick the voices in our heads that are destructive and dismantling our well-being? We sacrifice ourselves for the sake of others' lies?!? And for what? For their gain, and your loss? Life isn't fair, but you can play the game for yourself more fair. But you have to be willing to get in the game! The K.I.S.S. ~ Get in the game! I have been traveling once again all the while enjoying some incredible basketball games. When it comes to March Madness, the "madness" has nothing to do with the game, but everything to do with the heart. This is the time when teams and individuals rise above their own ceilings. They create new records to be broken. But it all comes from them getting in the game! Here are three powerful strategies to help you get in the game of life: 1. Cultivate Self-Compassion: - Practice mindfulness and self-awareness to recognize when self-doubt creeps in. - Replace self-criticism with self-compassion by speaking to yourself as you would to a friend in need. - Celebrate your victories, no matter how big or small, and acknowledge your worthiness. 2. Channel Your Passion: - Identify your passions and interests to fuel your drive and enthusiasm. - Set inspiring goals that align with your values and aspirations. - Surround yourself with supportive individuals who uplift and encourage your passions. 3. Take Purposeful Action: - Break down daunting tasks into smaller, manageable steps to prevent overwhelm. - Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. - Stay committed to your goals by staying focused on your "why" and the positive impact you can make. You get to choose how you show up every day. What will today be like? "Be present. Be incredible. 3645 So That

In moments of chaos and confusion, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. The mess that surrounds us can often cloud our vision, making it difficult to see beyond our current circumstances. Yet scripture tells us moreβ€” so that. As believers, we are reminded in the Bible that there is always a deeper purpose behind our trials and struggles - a "so that" pointing us toward hope and redemption. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com One of the most powerful verses encapsulating this concept is found in John 9:3, where Jesus says, "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him." Here, we see that even in the midst of suffering, there is a greater purpose at play - one that is rooted in glorifying God and His work in our lives. Similarly, in Romans 8:28, we are reminded that "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." This verse serves as a beacon of hope for those feeling lost in the chaos, reassuring us that God is working in and through our struggles to bring about something good and transformative. The K.I.S.S. ~ So that! So that you can move beyond the earthly failures and see the heavenly blessings here on earth. As we navigate the challenges and messiness of life, it is important to hold fast to the truth of 1 Peter 4:12-13, which says, "Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice inasmuch as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed." This passage reminds us that our suffering is not in vain but serves a greater purpose in revealing God's glory in our lives. So, to the one who finds themselves surrounded by chaos and disappointment, take heart in knowing that your mess is not the end of the story. There is a "so that" waiting to unfold, where God's glory will shine through and bring about beauty from ashes. Rest in the assurance that you are His beloved child, and He is faithfully working all things together for your good. In the words of 2 Corinthians 4:17, "For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all." Let this truth be a source of encouragement and strength as you journey through the chaos, knowing that the God of all comfort is with you every step of the way. "Be present. Be incredible. 3644 Asking Takes Courage

Communication is key in marriage. Many spouses struggle to ask for help, feeling guilty or burdensome when they do. Asking takes courage, and it's a sign of strength, not weakness. So why don't we do it more often? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com There are so many reasons why we don't ask. Fear of Rejection: Spouses may hesitate to ask for help or communicate their needs out of fear of being rejected or judged by their partner. Assumption of Mind-Reading: Some spouses may believe that their partner should intuitively know what they need without having to explicitly ask for it, leading to miscommunication and unmet expectations. Guilt or Shame: Feelings of guilt or shame can prevent spouses from reaching out for assistance, as they may perceive themselves as burdensome or inadequate for needing help. Lack of Prioritization: Balancing household responsibilities, work commitments, and other obligations can make it difficult for spouses to prioritize communication about their needs and seek the support they require. Communication Barriers: Poor communication skills or unresolved conflicts within the relationship can create barriers to effectively expressing needs and asking for help. Independence: Some spouses may have a strong sense of independence and struggle to show vulnerability or rely on others for assistance, leading to a reluctance to communicate their needs. Do you identify with any of these? And maybe you have thought of others. Understanding these pain points can help you overcome barriers to effective communication and create a more open and supportive marriage built on trust, empathy, and mutual understanding. However, if you are going to get anywhere with communication, you've got to speak up and ask! The K.I.S.S. ~ Speak up and ask! Don't assume that your spouse is going to read your mind. I've been married and together for over 35 years now, and he still cannot read my mind. Now, I can read his mind, LOL! But that doesn't change the fact that we still need to feel comfortable, safe, and secure in sharing our thoughts, feelings, and needs with the one we love most. Come on, let's be real! Here are three ways to cultivate the courage to speak up and ask for what you need: 1. Set Aside Time for Honest Conversations: Create a safe space where you and your spouse can have open and honest discussions about your needs and expectations. Schedule regular check-ins to address any concerns or requests for support. By establishing clear communication channels, you can build trust and understanding in your relationship. 2. Practice Self-Advocacy: Recognize that it's okay to prioritize your well-being and ask for help when necessary. Practice self-advocacy by acknowledging your own needs and vocalizing them to your partner. Remember that a healthy relationship is based on mutual support and cooperation, so don't hesitate to express your concerns or ask for assistance. 3. Frame Requests Positively: When asking for help, frame your requests in a positive and constructive manner. Instead of focusing on what your spouse isn't doing, highlight how their assistance would benefit both of you. By emphasizing the positive outcomes of their support, you can encourage a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strengthen your bond as a couple. By cultivating the courage to speak up and ask for help in your relationship, you can foster a deeper connection with your spouse and create a more supportive and harmonious partnership. Remember, it's not a sign of weakness to seek assistance – it's a testament to your strength and commitment to building a healthy and fulfilling marriage because you care about each other. Asking takes courage. So, go and do it! "Be present. Be incredible. 3643 It Takes What It Takes

Parenting is a journey full of ups and downs, laughter and tears, joys and challenges. While showering our children with love and affection is essential, sometimes it takes what it takes. There are times when tough love is required to teach important life lessons and instill values. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Now, it's not going to be easy. At times, you will lose sleep. But you have to understand that when it comes to raising kids, it takes what it takes. You will give up what you thought you would never have to. You will learn to shut your mouth even though you want to scream. You will experience more frustration than ever before. But you can't fret over what you can't control. If you were to worry about everything to come, you would never enjoy life and the stages your children go through. So, instead of living frantically, do what it takes. The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what it takes! Here are three ways for parents to stay encouraged and confident when they have to do what it takes: 1. Trust Your Instincts: As a parent, you possess a deep intuition when it comes to understanding what is best for your child. Trust your gut feelings and convictions when making tough decisions, even if they seem difficult in the moment. Remember, tough love today can pave the way for a brighter tomorrow. 2. Stay Committed to Long-Term Goals: Parenting is a long-term investment in shaping the future of your children. Keep your eyes on the bigger picture and remind yourself that the challenges you tackle today are paving the way for your child's growth and development. Maintain a balance between short-term discomfort and long-term benefits. 3. Seek Support and Guidance: Parenting is not a solitary journey. When faced with tough decisions, reach out to other parents, mentors, or professionals for advice and support. Sharing experiences and gaining insights from others can boost your confidence and help you stay committed to doing what it takes for your child's well-being. Remember, being a parent is a journey of growth and learning, both for you and your child. Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Why would anyone want to repeat what isn't working? Look at your situation or circumstance from the perspective of what you can control. If you try to control the entire situation, you will drive yourself into a corner of betrayal, shame, and bitterness. There's no way around it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stop fighting what you don't know! Move past what you're complaining about and do something you can actually take action on. It's not about having all the answers. That will NEVER happen! But what you can do to be engaged, excited, and enthralled in the possibilities is to stop fighting all the unknowns. The battle will not be won on the field of unknowns. Give yourself the space to decide and then take A.I.M. on that decision. You stewing over stuff you can't control and the things that you have no idea how it will turn out doesn't make a bit of sense. You are made for more. You are made to shine. You are made to rise to the top. Create your now. Not in the manner of winning via more worry, but certainly winning by your completed next steps. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Where do I say that one step to more worry leads to more winning?!? That is plain backward and lacks common sense. Worrying about the what-ifs and should-haves, could-haves, and would-haves is ridiculous, too! Worry and indecision invade your confidence, keeping you stuck rather than moving forward. If you want to stay in the game of life and impact the world you touch, stop fighting what you don't know. "Be present. Be incredible. 3639 Embrace Change and Growth

Everyone needs a little luck of the Irish, including St. Patrick. He did not have luck until years later. As a matter of fact, it wasn't just luck but his ability to embrace change and growth. Oh, happy, happy St. Patrick's Day! Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co In the 5th century, in the verdant hills of Roman Britain, a boy named Maewyn Succat was born. Little did he know that his life's path would lead him on a journey of faith, perseverance, and profound transformation, ultimately earning him the title of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. At the tender age of 16, Maewyn's world was turned upside down when he was captured by Irish raiders and taken as a slave to the rugged shores of Ireland. Amidst the hardship and toil of slavery, Maewyn found solace in his faith, turning to God for strength and guidance. It was during this time of captivity that he discovered the power of prayer and the resilience of the human spirit. After six years of servitude, a divine revelation inspired Maewyn to flee his captors and seek refuge in the land of his birth. Restored to freedom, he felt a calling, a purpose stirring within his heart. Guided by a vision, Maewyn embarked on a spiritual quest that would forever alter the course of his life. Taking on the name Patrick, meaning "noble" or "fatherly," he embraced his newfound identity and devoted himself to the Christian faith. Patrick's faith was unwavering, his fervor unyielding as he traveled back to Ireland, not as a captive, but as a missionary of God's word. "Christ beside me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ within me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me." ~ St. Patrick In a land steeped in ancient traditions and pagan beliefs, Patrick fearlessly preached the message of Christianity, drawing crowds with his words of love, forgiveness, and redemption. Miracles were attributed to him, and hearts were transformed by his teachings. Through his evangelism, Patrick baptized thousands, establishing churches and monasteries across the Irish landscape. Symbols of Patrick's ministry abounded - from the iconic shamrock that he used to explain the concept of the Holy Trinity, to the legendary tale of banishing serpents from the land, symbolizing the eradication of pagan rituals. His legacy lived on in the hearts of the Irish people, who revered him as a beacon of faith and a symbol of unity. As the years passed, St. Patrick's story became woven into the fabric of Irish history, his name synonymous with the spread of Christianity and the enduring spirit of the Emerald Isle. His life, marked by challenges, successes, and unwavering devotion, serves as a testament to the power of faith, resilience, and the transformative impact one individual can have on the world. St. Patrick's legacy endures as a timeless tale of courage, redemption, and the boundless grace of God. The K.I.S.S. ~ Faith and works go hand in hand! "Faith and works are like the light and heat of a candle. You need both to see by." ~ St. Patrick Here are three practical things you can do to embrace change and growth inspired by St. Patrick: 1. Practice Adaptability: Just as St. Patrick navigated his journey from captivity to becoming a missionary, embrace changes in your life with an open mind. Be adaptable and willing to step out of your comfort zone to embrace new opportunities for growth. 2. Cultivate Resilience: Draw strength from challenges, just as St. Patrick found resilience through his faith. View setbacks as opportunities for learning and personal development. Remember that true growth often stems from overcoming obstacles. 3. Seek Support and Guidance: St. Patrick's unwavering faith was a source of guidance and strength for him. Surround yourself with a supportive community or mentor who can provide guidance, encouragement, and perspective as you navigate periods of change and growth. "Be present. Be incredible.
