Lo is joined by one of his closest friends and fellow true crime junkie, king Jacob Petway for a deep dive into the Gilgo Beach murders. The Gilgo Beach serial killings were a series of murders between 1996 and 2011 in which the remains of up to 18 people were found in Gilgo Beach, on the South Shore of Long Island. Most of the known victims were sex workers who advertised on Craigslist. DNA evidence was tested on the remains and an architect named Rex Heuermann was charged with 3 of the murders. As the case unfolds, police are testing more DNA evidence on the unidentified remains discovered.
