Petit: My inbox is toxic for creativity! Declutter digitally, physically, and mentally with me
I've realised recently, that my inbox has way too much stimulus and it's crippling my creativity. I let all sorts of marketing, intimidating 'grass is greener' style emails, frequent subject lines about 7 figure business and real estate dreams I'm not ready to reach into my inbox everyday, and enough is enough. I'm taking the month of May to cleanse and reset, and if you want to join me, download this worksheet and we can focus on the now together! Petit episodes are shorter episodes recorded candidly and from the. heart of what is going on in my day to day. If you want to learn more about Process the Podcast, follow up on Instagram here. Or learn more about me, your host, Arielle Thomas here. I hope you take something away from this episode and consider what you let creep into your self-talk regardless of how it presents itself! Mel is doing a fantastic job being the face of her creative business too, so we went behind the curtain of what it takes. Learn more about Mel at Manuka Sunday's Instagram, or via their website.
