#679 Last Breath - Chris Lemons
Chris Lemons has been a commercial diver for over 14 years, specialising in deep sea saturation diving. This form of diving involves living in the claustrophobic confines of a decompression chamber for up to 28 days at a time, commuting daily to the sea bed in a diving bell and working at depths of up to 900 feet for 6 hours at a time. In 2012, a freak accident resulted in the umbilical which provides him with breathing gas, light and heat being severed completely. He was left on the sea bed, in complete darkness 300 feet below the surface, with only the 5 minutes of breathing gas he carried in his emergency tanks and no way to protect himself from the freezing temperatures. It took his heroic rescuers over 40 minutes to retrieve him and his miraculous survival story has baffled experts ever since. His extraordinary story became the Netflix documentary 'Last Breath'. Amazingly, Chris went back to work three weeks later and continues to dive to this day!See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

#677 Why You Were Born - Eric Bailey
Eric Bailey is an ex-pro basketballer, author, corporate speaker, performance coach, story-teller and good bloke. In this episode of TYP, I was treated my very own coaching session and transformation workshop, when half way through our chat, the big man switched into ‘inspiration’ mode, sharing some awesome stories, messages, insights and personal revelations, which definitely resonated with me. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

#676 Glad It's Not Me - Dr. Lillian Nejad
Dr. Lillian Nejad is back with all her smart-ness and kind-ness helping us think, do and be better. This time we explore gratitude, being present, building healthy relationships with our teenagers (who knew?!), open conversations (with those same teenagers), parenting styles, letting our kids ‘fall down’, dinner table protocol (phones etc.) and having that tricky talk (you know the one) when your almost-grown-up kid gets into their first kind-of serious relationship. Good grief (head in hands emoji), I’m soooo grateful I avoided that responsibility! Enjoy.drlilliannejad.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

#674 The Cancer Sh*tstorm - Jane McLelland
Jane McLelland is the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award 2019 ‘Amazing Women Global’ for unsung heroines, awarded for her work in educating and helping cancer patients since 2003. I love chatting with clever, creative, problem-solving people who think and live, outside the box. Jane battled and beat two aggressive ‘terminal’ cancers and her stories, research, insights, compassion and humour made for a great TYP chat. #672 Bloody David Gillespie - David & Harps
Thanks to bloody David Gillespie, there’s another thing I might need to remove from my life. When will it end? Him and his fucking curious, suspicious, untrusting mind. Just kidding, I love him. Apparently, there’s a few chemicals in a product that I use daily which might be messing with my endocrine system. Gonna be honest, I had never even thought about the ingredients (let-alone researched them) until I spoke with David. Enjoy. **Keep in mind that this discussion is not medical advice, a prescription or personal recommendation. It’s just two blokes chatting on a podcast. But.. it might lead you to do some digging. #671 I Got Rebuked - Brandon Steiner
Brandon Steiner told me off. Mid podcast. The Author, Entrepreneur, Business Mogul (whatever that means), Speaker, Sports Agent and life-long New Yorker, told me he hated one of my questions. So back in therapy for me. And back to interviewer school for me. Nah, we actually had a fun and interesting chat (but he did hate my question) and I did enjoy connecting with someone who has zero interest in a ‘nice, comfortable, predictable, familiar’ (kind of) conversation. I got simultaneously rebuked, educated and inspired. Enjoy.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

#670 Craig's New Year Message - Harps
This podcast began life as a brief social media post. Which turned into a long post. Which turned into something too long for FB or Insta. Then it became an episode of TYP. Being the poster boy for all-things unscripted and freestyle, reading this was a total departure from my normal. It will resonate with some and not others. It’s direct, realistic and encouraging and I hope you find it useful. Happy New Year, Love Harps. XxSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
