#676 Glad It's Not Me - Dr. Lillian Nejad

Dr. Lillian Nejad is back with all her smart-ness and kind-ness helping us think, do and be better. This time we explore gratitude, being present, building healthy relationships with our teenagers (who knew?!), open conversations (with those same teenagers), parenting styles, letting our kids ‘fall down’, dinner table protocol (phones etc.) and having that tricky talk (you know the one) when your almost-grown-up kid gets into their first kind-of serious relationship.
