019: Deanna Doane Raising Awareness for the Florida Trail by Tackling the Florida Trail FKT in 2025

Deanna Doane is planning to attempt the Fastest Known Time (FKT) on the Florida Trail, a 1,108-mile trail that traverses diverse ecosystems and historic sites. Her motivation is to challenge herself and push her physical and mental limits. She wants to see how far she can push her body and experience every possible human emotion. 014: Charli Collins From Half Marathon, Marathon, to Ultra Marathon, and to Bringing Together All Runners

Summary In this episode I talk to Charli Collins, a passionate runner and someone who is making moves in this running community. Especially in Austin Texas. Charli shares how she started running about a year and a half ago after a trip to Nashville where she decided to sign up for a half marathon on a whim.
