027: Go where you feel ALIVE. Why tribes are so important.

POINT: Go where you feel GOOD (where you feel ALIVE). If you don't feel welcome somewhere, leave and don't return. Find the people that make you feel good and find more of them. We all have our people. Where are yours? It's a deep rooted human need to be in connection with others. POINT: Create what you want to be a part of. If it's not out their and you want it. Create it. That's what I did and do to this day. POINT: Take action. Create it now!! Change won't happen unless someone takes action. You can be the next leader, trailblazer, game changer. It's up to you. ACTION STEP: Journal. What tribe do you want to be a part of? Where are these people? Join a tribe. Paid or not paid. Join a meet up. Create your own. Point: Don’t settle for good, achieve greatness. Happiness comes when we are diving into our soul desires. Good is average, greatness is becoming who you were born to become. Point: Become what you most desire your children to be. We can not expect anything from others, if we are not willing to do it ourselves. Period. Point: Have hard conversations. 024: Success & Worthiness. What do they have in common?

Today is a very special topic. As a coach and former Social Worker I've seen and witnessed many miracles happen with women and families all around the world. But their is one trend that I've started to notice. Change doesn't happen unless you believe it's possible and change won't happen unless you think you're worthy of change. This is a big problem because for so many who are struggling to make change in their lives, they are missing the point of WHY change isn't coming. Not feeling worthy is a STORY you've told yourself over the years. It's not the true essence of who you really are. TODAY'S ACTION STEP: Ask yourself if you believe change is possible. 020: STOP letting fear run the show.

Today on the podcast I’m talking about fear. We all have it, so how do we control it? How can we co create the life we DO want, while living with fear? How can we teach and support our children through their big emotions as well? This is a near and dear subject my heart because I witness so many children who struggle greatly with fear, anxiety and overwhelm that are not being taught how to manage it. And as a parent and a cancer survivor I know what it feels like to live in fear. During my diagnosis I was in a constant state of fear but along the way I discovered a few strategies that quickly shifted my perspective and allowed my body to calm down. On today’s podcast episode, I discuss: What fear is and why it’s essential to keep us safe everyday. How to identify ‘true’ fear and self sabotage. What questions to ask yourself when stuck in a fearful state of mind. Fear is healthy. It’s part of the human experience.
