Tax Benefits of Coaches and Masterminds
Hiring a coach, a mentor, or joining a mastermind is often considered a business strategy to seek out connection, community, and advice from experts. And these reasons are the main reasons for investing in such services. But one major benefit that I think is often overlooked is that the cost of these things is generally tax deductible. Tune into this episode to find out how you may be able to take advantage of this benefit in your tax strategy. >>> Questions about this episode? Learning to Enjoy the Wealthbuilding Journey with Soledad Fernandez
Hearing stories of wealth building and triumph can be really empowering for some people. It can also feel distant or unrelatable to some because often time the folks who are building wealth had help from their parents, or lucked out with a proverbial pot of gold. It's also possible that the stories that are about people just like you, aren't being told despite there being plenty of them. Soledad will share her thoughts on this with us all today. Soledad Fernandez is a client of mine and a dear friend who built her own business called Wealth Para Todos, which means "wealth for everyone" in Spanish. What she's been doing is cultivating a community around wealth, building what she didn't have when she was going through her own journey, which is what makes her mission so special. We will discuss Soledad's personal journey and how she got to where she is today. Her story of how she found her passion in this area is very compelling and interesting. It's also very inspiring how she's been able to build her business and hack her own mindset to show up as the business leader that she is. >>> Connect with Soledad on IG @wealthparatodos >>> Subscribe to her newsletter: https://astounding-writer-2361.ck.page/c5aa9b1bbe >>> Questions about this episode? Budgeting Basics with Cindy Zuniga-Sanchez
When you hear the word budget, do you cringe a little bit? Like oh, that sounds like a diet, or restriction, and doesn't sounds fun at all. If so, you're not alone because I tend to agree with you. I think you're going to really benefit from today's conversation with Cindy Zuniga-Sanchez. She shares with us how she has reframed the word "budget" to help herself overcome over $200,000 of debt in less than two years. I love her story and how practical it is and I love how simple she makes the process of getting started, which is often the hardest part of this journey. Cindy is a Bronx native. She's a former commercial litigation attorney and she underwent her own journey to pay off $215,000 of debt in 48 months. During the process, she adopted a mission to self-educate on the topic of finance and money management. She ended up documenting her journey through social media and she applied the lessons she learned, helping others through her social media following. Eventually, she began offering private coaching services. Cindy has spoken to thousands and coaches hundreds on the subjects of budgeting, savings, debt payoff, investing, and wealth-building. She's committed to helping millennial women, particularly women of color, create realistic money plans to achieve their own financial freedom. >>> Connect with Cindy on IG @zerobasedbudget >>> Visit her website: www.zero-basedbudget.com >>> Questions about this episode? Turning Your Data into Decisions with Nicholle Overkamp
We've been conditioned ever since we were little kids that everything can be scored, measured, or graded, on some type of scale. And as business owners we do the same thing with our numbers. If you're looking at your numbers with that hunger of: I hope I met my numbers this month, my goals, and my projections. If you're basing your success off of just the numbers, it's an incomplete picture. One of the things I'm excited to share about in this episode, is that there are non-traditional ways to look at the direction your business is going using some less traditional metrics than your financial performance. I think you're going to love the raw and real Nicholle Overkamp. In this conversation, Nichole seeks to deescalate any pressure that you have around obsessing over your numbers, money, and metrics. Nicholle Overkamp is a personal finance expert and business coach for women. She's the Founder and CEO of Wilcox Financial Group and PowHERhouse Money Coaching. PowHERhouse Money focuses on business coaching for ambitious women, wealth coaching, and educational programming! Wilcox Financial Group is a comprehensive financial planning firm. Investing in Yourself Intentionally with Melissa Machat
A lot of folks have adopted the mindset that when there is a gap in their business, the first thing they need to do is find a person to help them close that gap. This is by no means wrong but here's the thing, we have to get more intentional about closing the correct gaps. We have to get more intentional about where we're spending our money, and our time, and our resources, and how we're prioritizing that. I think some of the symptoms we feel when we have a lack of intention are a lack of clarity, a lack of focus, which then drains our energy, right? How Crypto is Changing How We Do Business Forever with Uch Anyanwu
With any paradigm shift or change in the society that we live in, there's going to be resistance. One of our key instincts as humans is to resist change whether we know it or not. One of the key things that is changing is the environment around cryptocurrency, NFTs, other things of that sort. I think it's become more prominent as a topic. We're even talking about it on the show, right? It's not really part of the underground world anymore and with that comes a responsibility for all of us to educate ourselves. I am so excited to share this interview with Uch Anyanwu to help us all become more educated on these topics. Uch is an expert in crypto who became an expert in crypto because he realized that was what was needed of him. He's currently helping working professionals overcome this lack of knowledge around stocks and Bitcoin by teaching them simple easy-to-understand lessons. He's the author of "10 Ways For You To Win the Stock Market," a book that makes being in the financial markets easy to understand. He has been featured in the NY Post, Shortlist Dubai, and BBC Radio 1. I just love his mission around simplifying financial concepts for anyone to be able to digest and self-educate. >>> Check out Uch's website: YourStocksNow.com >>> Connect with him on IG @djuch >>> Questions about this episode?
