I Didn't Take a Salary as an S Corp Owner - Now What?

Unfortunately, it is all too common for accountants to set up an S corporation for you because they know it will save you money. But then they don't tell you what you have to do to maintain it and be compliant. There is one important condition that you have to meet in order to take advantage of the S corporation tax strategy - You have to pay yourself a reasonable salary.
