84 - Shaming Single Men

"Hello Sandman, The topic I wish for you to cover is being male and single. It seems as if it's always been socially unacceptable for a male to be single, and I'm not completely certain as to why. One personal example of this takes me back a number of years when I had dinner with an old school teacher and his wife. As we waited for our food, my teachers wife began asking me different questions in an attempt to get to know me better. She asked the usual questions, but eventually she got around to the matter of relationships. First she asked if I were married and I kindly told her no. Next she asked if I were engaged and I told her that I wasn't, and the third question was if I had a girlfriend. For the 3rd time I told her no. Looking back I'm not terribly surprised at her line of questions, but it was her reaction that puzzled me. After my 3rd no, she had this confused and disappointed expression on her face. After her barrage of questions, my mind was thinking gee lady sorry to let you down! This isn't some rare occurrence either as I've spoken with other male friends over the years that have given me similar stories. Over the years, I can't remember any female friends or acquaintances going through anything similar. It seems as if societies reaction to a single woman is along the lines of "girl power", or "you go girl, you don't need a man!" But if you're a man and single it's the total opposite. To me people generally respond to single men as if they're failing to meet some societal obligation. A single man can get any reaction from "well why don't you have a girl?", "are you at least dating anyone?" or in the extreme somebody might suggest "he's probably gay!" Maybe a year or two ago, a female friend asked why I'm single. My answer was that I don't want to be in a relationship, but promptly her response was that I lacked confidence! What does confidence have to do with anything I wondered. A woman can choose to be single and it's completely fine, but a man can't do the same. What's your take on this? Thanks for your question NEVER MIND. You've described a lot of different situations and I'll take them one at a time.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

83 - Mantopia and the Wild West

I'm going to cover something that's been on my mind for a while. And that topic is the wild west or the mantopia as I've coined it. When I'm talking about the Wild West I'm referring to a specific period of the time in the mid to late nineteenth century in two countries. Those places being the United States and Australia. When people watch wild west films they are often set in the Western United States. And most people will be shocked to learn that part of Australia also had a version of the wild west. It wasabout settling a hot and dry climate just like the gold rush in California. As the industrial revolution and the railroad were starting to gain momentum in North America and Australia those two countries opened up gold mining to the public for the first time in history. In the past most countries were ruled by Monarchs and the gold in and on the ground was owned by the monarchs. And hence it was illegal for men to dig up the gold that belonged to the king or queen. So when gold was discovered in California in 1848 the mining was opened up to everyone. People from the Eastern United States rushed to find gold in the South West of America. All of the pictures I'm showing you in this video are from a small gold rush town call Ballarat in Australia. But getting back to the idea that the Wild West was a Mantopia. It has a lot to do with the idea that in many early mining towns there were no women besides the prostitutes that followed the miners. If you watch the AMC show called Hell on Wheels you'll also see the prostitutes that follow the railway workers across the plains. The early wild west was so devoid of female influence that men were free to gamble, drink and take financial risks they would never be able to take if they were married. Men were free to do anything they wanted because the law was also loose just like the women. Men were the most free they had been in all of civilized history. Local lawmen were unable to police the frontier properly. Women were not there to nag and tell men what to do. And there were no monarchs or governments to tax men. That's why I see that period of time in history as the ultimate Mantopia. If anyone has any other ideas about what the ideal society for men looks like I'd love to hear it.How the Wild West was tamed by MAIL-ORDER BRIDEShttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/artic...Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

82 - Advice for MGTOW

Dean wrote to me with a lot of personal issues he wants help with. I'm paraphrasing what he has to say: "Hi Sandman my name is Dean, I'd like to tell you a bit of a story about myself and my background. One thing I want to point out though is how women in America & Canada from what you say seem to be more stubborn and self-obsessed than here in Australia. Perhaps that is something you can look into though I don't know how you would go about that and I have limited experience with women so I can't help you too much there. My reason for making the leap to writing to you came from your video "Suicide as Revenge -- MGTOW" but I'll get into those details a bit later. I'd like to say how, 'much like my recent acceptance of Atheism' the MGTOW ideas have opened my eyes up on having more critical thinking skills. I used to be extremely gullible and naïve. My Mormon upbringing and dreaming of "love at first sight" was just horrible in helping me to develop the ability to think and assess a situation by myself. I was even scared to approach someone at a counter to order food. With my attempts at online dating though oasisactive.com I am also wary of women I meet on there and always look out for the ways of deception that is the female mind. I'm not a particularly attractive person, probably a 3-4/10 and that gives me a very different approach to a lot of things than you however I do have an athletic body and like to maintain that. It's extremely hard to get any attention let alone keep it. As much as I would like to I don't get to play the games that you talk about with women. If you haven't figured it out by now I'm a bit of a purple pill'er. I find it hard to be able to avoid being wanted or loved by someone, yet I am now aware of the games and strategies that women use. Back to the online dating I have often found women just stop contact after meeting once. Which in all honesty, if there not interested that's fine, but for Christ sake I wish they would just say how they feel and not just disappear like I'm an inanimate object with no feelings. Is it really hard to just say "I'm not interested"? I also seem to often get the fat ones. I'm happy to accept someone who is at my level of attractiveness but legs like a F-ing tree trunk and they say "a little overweight" I hate that lying bullshit." Well thanks for your comments Dean I know it's only part of what you have to say but I'm going to tackle it before I move on to the rest of your comments.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

81 - Marriage Insurance

I've decided to cover something that came up in one of my other videos a few days ago. And that's the idea of marriage insurance. I know there are many men's rights activists there are just dying to get back into the relationship saddle if there was such a thing. Imagine if a man could be on the receiving end of a payout from an insurance company if his wife cheats on him and divorces him. We have house insurance, car insurance, health insurance, life insurance and even pet insurance. Why shouldn't we have marriage insurance if the premiums are right for it? So after talking about it in my recent video I decided to look into it and see if anyone was doing it. I even joked saying the Lloyds of London wasn't going to re-insure the risk. Well after doing a little bit of research I found about Safeguard Guaranty Corporation. And their slogan is Marriage Assurance - Insuring your happily ever after. And according to their website "SafeGuard Guaranty Corporation is a Delaware Corporation, with operational headquarters based in Raleigh, North Carolina, formed for the sole purpose of developing and marketing the first Marriage Assurance policy in the world. We are currently raising capital to establish our own insurance company to underwrite the insurance policies both in the US and abroad." They also say these words on their main page: "Wouldn't it be great if every marriage could come with a guarantee of a "happily ever after"? Well, we can't guarantee wedded bliss, but we can provide a method for creating financial security for individuals who want to invest in themselves rather than risking their long term financial goals on investments that can go down faster than they go up."They even have divorce probability calculator in on their page and putting the link to that in the low bar after the description as well. They claim that their divorce calculations have an 87% accuracy rate. I didn't really have the time to go through it but I'd love it if someone could take the divorce calculator and put the characteristics of an ex girlfriend in to see what comes up. It would be fascinating.Safeguardguaranty.comhttp://www.http://safeguardguaranty.com/Divorce Probability Calculator Dot Comhttp://divorceprobability.com/Marriage insurance being pitched in U.S., Canadahttp://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitob...Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

80 - The Cuckold

Here's what Billy has to say: "Dear Sandman, Eight years ago I became friends with a coworker at my job in Florida. He was an older guy in his late 40s and at that time I was in my early 20s. He was a die hard conservative and during that period of my life I leaned more toward the liberal side. We would always debate politics and sometimes talked about sports. One day the topic of women came up during a political debate and the topic of our conversation shifted. He told me that he never been married and had no kids. I was curious to why he chose to live that lifestyle so I asked him and his response was a story about his past. He told me that he grew up in a small religious town and in that town there was a woman that he had crush on since high school. Even though he tried talking to her in the past many times she never reciprocated interest. Then one day when he was 20 years old he saw her at a party and to his surprise she started a conversation with him. At the end of the night he asked her for her number and she gave it to him. They went on a date the next day and the date went really well and they even had their first kiss. He said that he was head over heels in love with her and was so happy that he finally was able to hook up with the girl of his dreams. After their second date the following weekend, he brought her to his apartment. They started kissing and doing foreplay on one another and then he told her to hold on and got up to go get a condom. When he got up she immediately asked him what he was doing and told her that he was going to get a condom. Then she made a face and told him to not worry about it. He then told her that he was not going having sex with her without using protection. She then replied with well if you're going to use a condom then we're not having sex. After she said that he told her that he felt like it was time for her to go home. On the way to her house they didn't say much to one another and after he dropped her off he never called her again. Two months later my friend heard that his high school crush got pregnant from another guy. The guy even agreed to get engaged to her and they arranged to get married a couple months before the baby should have been due. Her parents very religious and frowned upon having children out of wedlock. They actually frowned upon her having sex out of wedlock, but they were content with them getting married before the baby was born. A month after they got engaged gossip started filling the town again about my friend's high school crush. The guy that she got engaged to broke off the engagement and started challenging her on whether the baby was his. He was saying that the due of the date of the baby was not matching the time frame of when they first had sex. Up until she gave birth the people in the town were shaming the man and telling him that he was trying to get out of taking care of his child. She kept on insisting to her parents and everyone else that he was the only one that she had sex with. After she gave birth they did a paternity test and the results came back that he was not the father. The truth ended up coming out later on. She met a guy one day at a party that had just been release from prison after serving two years. She fell head over heels for this man and lost her virginity to him. When she found out that she was pregnant she told the convict and they got into a big argument and then he disappeared. Out of fear of what her parents would think of her she decided to try to trick a decent man that had a bright future into believing that the child was his. This way the child would have a father and she would get scorned by her parents.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

79 - The Market of Lemons

We can also look at women as used car salesmen. But instead of selling used cars they are selling their bodies. More women are having promiscuous sex, riding the cock carousel, getting abortions and sexually transmitted diseases. Not to mention that the more relationships they get into the more emotional baggage they carry with them. So they increasingly have to become better sales people. They have to convince men that they are a good buy and that they are reliable like a good used car. A man going his own way will understand emotional baggage, the cock carousel and will not fall for the same tricks that most mangina blue pill men will fall for. Women are masters at putting up a facade. Women remind me of the fake facades at places like Disney World or Universal Studios or Las Vegas. You walk down a street that's supposed to be a recreation of an actual place but it's a cheap knock off. Many women present themselves as authentic and sincere but they are just like cheap knock off watches or purses being sold on the street corner. If you look past the brand name you'll start to see the cheap stitching and material these defectivegoods are made from and you'll want to go out and find the real thing. The irony is that for MGTOW there are no real woman on the market. They are all seemingly knock off brands. The nawalt is like the priceless Faberge Egg. The odds of getting one into your possession are incredibly rare. You'd have better luck finding one at a garage sale then in an antique shop. And if there are Nawalts out there they were probably taken off the market in their lateteens and early twenties and the odds of them coming to the market again are slim because the bad women drive the good women out of the market. The idea of bad women driving the good out has to do with a reference to the analogy of Gresham s law. The best example of Gresham s law today can be seen in pre 1981 pennies. Pennies before that date were made of copper and those made after are steel plated copper. The copper pennies are worth over two cents if you factor in the copper price, while the steel plated ones are only worth a single cent. So people hoard the copper ones and put the steel ones into circulation. The Romans did the same when they debased their currency. The older denarius coins had actual silver in them while the newer ones were cut with more copper and other metals. So people kept the old and only put the newer money into circulation. This could explain why the same women keep circulating on the dating sites because they have no value. If they did they would have married and found a man a long time ago. So we could say that the less value a woman has in our society the more she gets passed around andcirculated through it. It's a self perpetuating cycle, the more they get passed around the cock carousel the lower their value and the lower their value the more they continue to get put back into circulation. It's basically a self fulfilling prophecy. The Market for "Lemons" : Quality Uncertainty and the Market Mechanismhttp://www.sfu.ca/~wainwrig/Econ400/a...Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

78 - Prostitution in America

I'm going to cover something that's been on my mind for a while and a new addition to my prostitution series. This one is about Prostitution in America. The first thing to remember about the United States is that there is only one place that allows legal brothels and prostitution. That place is the state of Nevada. And there are only certain counties in Nevada that allow prostitution. The first time I stumbled upon a brothel was about four years ago northwest of Las Vegas. I as on my way to Death Valley when along the road I spotted The Cherry Patch Ranch 2. I had to stop there with friends as it was the only place that had gasoline along the highway. This place was so remote that if we didn't stop here to fill up our gas tank we would have ran out of gas. As we pulled up we saw a trucker leading one of the prostitutes outside into his parked truck. They were about to conduct their business transaction. My naive friend Tom said "Wow I can't believe that trucker brings his wife out on his jobs." In all honesty I don't know if he saw the prostitution signs or the brothel, but they were kind of hard to miss. While the car was automatically filling with gasoline I went out and took some pictures of the signage around the brothel and then went into the gas station to pay for the gas. When I went inside there were life size blowup dolls of aliens next to life size blowup dolls of naked women. It was the most surreal thing I've ever seen and I wish I had taken pictures of it. I didn't really understand why there were alien souvenirs but apparently a few dozen miles east of there was area 51. I learned about this when I finally got home. The thing to remember about visiting Brothels in Nevada is that they are no where near Reno and Las Vegas. You usually have to drive at least an hour outside of each city before you find them. And I just accidentally happened to stumble upon this one. There were no ads that I saw in Las Vegas alerting me to brothels out in the barren wasteland. And this was my third time visiting Nevada. Anyways, the brothels in Nevada are supposedly regulated and the girls there get regular checkups. I'm not sure if I believe that as the Brothels are so far away from civilization in many cases. I get the feeling that out there the closest thing to doctors are veterinarians. So it kind of makes me wonder about sexually transmitted diseases. Entering the Cherry Patch Ranch 2 involves going in through the gas station and there's a bar in the back. The girls are just there hanging out at the bar and you can go right up to their stools and start talking to them. I took a quick peak inside the brothel, paid for my gas and left for the Death Valley.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

77 - Gay MGTOW

Today's video is brought to you by a donation from UK Shadow. And this is what UK Shadow has to say: "I was wondering if you would do a show on gay men and MGTOW? I am a Gay guy myself and I stand with my MGTOW brotherin, and I thought it make a interesting topic as most gay man I think stand with woman? However your speech on Women & Their Male Harems, really pissed me of and was the final nail in the coffin for any respect for women as I too have female friends who were using me as an emotion towel (or however you phrase it) and if you could ask if any other gay guys are supporting the MGTOW movement? Anyway keep up the good work." Well, thanks for your comments and questions UK Shadow. I'm glad to see that there are gay men supporting MGTOW instead of just supporting feminists. It seems like at every feminist rally there are at least half a dozen gay men there giving women comfort and emotional support as if women aren't strong enough to stand on their own. My suspicion is that gay men are used at such events as human shields by the females in case there is violence. But I have no proof about that and it's just a suspicion. But the more important question to ask why do so many gay men get used and abused by straight women? I think that many gay men don't often understand the games that women play with hetro men because they aren't attracted to them. That's why it's important to tell as many gay men as possible that women use them as an emotional tampon or dumping ground for their issues. If a straight woman tells a gay man about her problems then he assumes that she is just socializing or trying to get advice. And most men are fixers. So he will listen to her and then try to give her advice on what to do. But women don't usually want advice. What they want is to be listened to and to comforted when they go through hard times. Most women that I know don't seek out solutions to their emotional problems. And if they get into the mode where they want advice it's often regarding something concrete. At that point a gay man can give her free advice on fashion, decor and interior design. Many gay men have impeccable taste and style and women are attracted to this because they often hope that some it rubs off on them and that they too become just as stylish. What gay men hanging out with females need to ask themselves is "Does she, your female friend reciprocate by listening to you? Does she really see you as one of the girls or does she see you as something else. Does she see you as an incomplete man that she can manipulate and use as an emotional dumping ground?Women & Their Male Haremshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I1_c...Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

76 - The Original Mangina

This is what Raphael has to say: "Hey Sandman I love your work! And was hoping that this video request can ease the tension a bit in the manosphere. Can you please do a video on the famous Our Gang or Little Rascal's "He Man Woman Haters Club" which was referenced in the film as well as the original shorts, which has at least a 60 year difference showing that little boys don't change much in terms of their clarity about little girls who spoil our fun. We seem to know innately the girls are bad business until our judgement gets clouded by sexual awareness and hormones. Would you also please touch on Alfafa being the original mangina, how he would sellout his guys for a kiss on the cheek. Thank You. Well that's what Raphael has to say and I couldn't agree with him more. I will use Our Gang, the Little Rascals and Hal Roach's Rascals interchangeably in this video. So just remember that they all mean the same thing. Covering this topic reminds me of a message that I got here on youtube a few days ago and it reads something like this. "If you ask a fifty year old man what he thinks about girls and women he'll tell you they're stupid. And if you ask a ten your old boy what thinks about girls and women, he'll also tell you they're stupid. But if you ask a man between the age of twenty and thirty years of age, he'll tell you they're the best thing since sliced bread. And Raphael is right to assume that men's hormones get the best of them. For me my hormones didn't kick in until I was in the ninth grade or about the age of thirteen or fourteen and then I couldn't get girls off my mind. The first time I felt that women were spoiling my fun was when I was in my mid twenties and started travelling on my own around working the world while my girlfriend stayed at home. I was constantly being guilt-ed by her sisters to take her on trips and spoil her. I felt like it would spoil my fun and I was right. The few times I went away with her I didn't get to see or do many of the things that I wanted. Instead all she wanted to do was eat at restaurants, go shopping and sit on the beach. If I really wanted to do that I could just stay at home and do that. So she was ruining the fun times I wanted with regards to spending each day on the road exploring strange new landscapes and enjoying an adventure. 75 - Relationships (mailbag)

Today's video is brought to you by Ole. Not sure what topic he wanted me to cover so I'm going to cover some of the messages that I've received in the last few months. I think doing a MGTOW mailbag video has been long over due. So let me get to it and remember these aren't in any particular order and most of these comments are taken from my comments section. This first comment is from ResistnZisfutl spelled in a weird way and this is what he has to say: I can't imagine being in a relationship and being MGTOW at the same time, it seems counter-intuitive as well as defeating the purpose. If I were to determine that I wanted to be an MGTOW, I would likely end things as I couldn't imagine being in any sort of relationship with a women, as a relationship, and especially a marriage with kids, it is the antithesis of MGTOW. ONE (and I mean only one) of the MANY reasons why I, and many other men, are MGTOW is because of the overwhelming risks men face in being in a relationship, especially if they are married, and even more so with kids. Marriage is a like a loaded gun aimed at the man's head with the wife's finger on the trigger - it's only by her mercy and good graces she doesn't pull the trigger (and lord knows more women than not decide to pull the trigger). All it takes is a woman's justification for her to initiate a socially, societally, and legally sanctioned ruination of a man, and she gets all the benefits while he gets the shaft. Part of being MGTOW is having the veil lifted from our eyes and fully understanding the nature and intent of women. We realize that women's "love" for us is conditional and illusory, and most of the time, even when they start out with the best of intentions, there is just too much of a reward for them to throw their man under the bus. So, I can understand the one situation of a MGTOW being in a relationship, is when he discovers he is a MGTOW while still in the relationship, and what does he do then? Not a good situation. If he's lucky, he's not committed in any way or on the hook for anything, so he can make a clean break.Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
