Football For All - Womens' Place in the Game, Samantha Rapaport, Dir. of Diversity & Inclusion, NFL
Today’s episode is a crossover episode of Football for All(designed for your youth football community), we are joined by a key uprising component to the sport of football, the female football player. Sam Rapaport is the Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion at the NFL. At a young age, Sam was involved in flag football and then progressed to the tackle level. Now being in the front office of the National Football League, she talks about the importance of young girls and women involved in the sport of football. The presence of women in the game from playing to getting hired on to coaching staffs is a hot topic in today’s society. Sam is a living role model for any girl who has the dream of playing football or reaching employment in any NFL front office. Coaching Mindset - Joe Kasper, Assistant QB Coach, Duke University
Joe Kasper joined the Duke coaching staff in March of 2018 and serves as an assistant coach to Coach Cutcliffe working quarterbacks after spending the previous season working with defensive backs.
Prior to joining the Blue Devil staff, Kasper coached the wide receivers at John Carroll University during the 2017 campaign and directed the defensive backs at his alma mater, Mentor (Ohio) High School, in 2015-16. He also has previous experience with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns, serving as a Player Personnel and Development Assistant from 2013-15.
Kasper lettered three seasons on the gridiron at Baldwin Wallace University and earned Capital One Academic All-America honors before graduating in 2015 with a degree in political science. He currently is an owner in Ace Performance which focuses on the mental performance aspects of sport.
On today's podcast, Kasper shares his insight into coaching players on mindfulness and with what he calls the "energy pie."

From Hall of Fame Coach Darrell Royal's Book - "The Simple Life In Coaching"
Darrell Royal was University of Texas Head Coach from 1957-1976. He also was head coach at Mississippi State and Washington. He won three national championships with a career record of 184-60-5. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1983. In Royal's 20 years as head coach, Texas never had a losing season.
In 1963, Royal wrote a book, Darrell Royal Talks Football, and it is packed with football wisdom. Without a single diagram in the book, it is coaching knowledge that is timeless.
His chapter “The Simple Life in Coaching” is full of insight that holds true today.

Understanding And Education To Create Change - Dr. Brian Gearity, University Of Denver
Today’s guest on the USA Football Coach and Coordinator podcast is Dr. Brian Gearity professor of sport coaching at the University of Denver. Dr. Gearity has been the director of the Master of Arts in Sport Coaching program at Denver since 2014. Before teaching at Denver, Dr. Gearity spent five years at the University of Southern Mississippi as an assistant professor of Sport Coaching Education. As a coach, Dr. Gearity’s specialty is in the strength and conditioning side. Dr. Gearity worked as a strength coach at the University of Tennessee for nine years and received his PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Tennessee in 2009.
On today’s podcast, Dr. Gearity talks with host Keith Grabowski about a chapter from his new book and how we can create change as coaches.

Developing the Full Athlete: Michael Stacchiotti, Univ. of Pittsburgh's Head Strength & Cond. Coach
On this episode of the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, we welcome in the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Pittsburgh, Coach Michael Stacchiotti. After playing at Baldwin-Wallace University for three seasons at both linebacker and fullback, Michael Stacchiotti went on to become a strength coach. He first worked at Girard High School and Ursuline High School. Coach Stacchiotti then followed suit with stints on the football strength and conditioning staffs at Colorado State (2015-16), Cincinnati (2017), and Mississippi State (2018). In 2019, Coach Stacchiotti worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well.

Quarterback Preparation: Kyle Ohradzansky, Passing Game Coordinator at the University of Findlay
On this episode of the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, we are joined by the Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator at the University of Findlay, Kyle Ohradzansky. Coach Ohradzansky is in his third season as an assistant football coach at the University of Findlay in 2020 after spending a pair of seasons as a graduate assistant for Findlay from 2016-17.
A Baldwin Wallace University graduate, Coach Ohradzansky played football at BW for 2 seasons, winning the starting quarterback spot during the 2013 season before sitting out due to injury before the 2014 season. While injured, Coach Ohradzansky served as a student coach, breaking down film and assisting in the development of the offensive game plan. He began his collegiate career at Lafayette College, where he redshirted for one season and played quarterback for one season.
